“useful meeting recording”
Pros
Getting everything up and running was simple and using it day to day has been just as easy. We rely on it to record all of our meetings, both internal and external and it has honestly been a lifesaver.
Cons
I haven't come across anything to dislike about it.

“powerful features”
Pros
It comes with a strong set of features and the training/support team has been fantastic. They're always willing to go above and beyond to help and accommodate our needs.
Cons
There's nothing significant to call out here that isn't already being worked on. Keep up the excellent work, team!

“Accurate call tracking insights”
Pros
Every call gets recorded automatically with Traq and having the transcript plus analysis right there makes coaching my team much more effective. The scoring system is also really helpful because it quickly points me to the calls that need a closer look. On top of that being able to search transcripts and confirm exactly what was promised during a call is incredibly useful.
Cons
If I had to pick one thing, it would be the call score calculation since it feels a bit like a black box and isn't very transparent.

“organized call notes every time”
Pros
I'm able to stay focused on the call and on my prospects without worrying about missing anything since all the information is captured and organized for me to review whenever I need it.
Cons
There were times when I wished launching the note taker took a little less effort but that has mostly been fixed.

“gives us more time for selling”
Pros
This gives us more time to focus on selling instead of spending it writing notes and manually entering them into the CRM. The buyer sentiment analysis is especially useful too since it helps me better understand what's happening throughout the rest of the sales process.
Cons
Only thing I'd still want is for it to create the perfect follow up email for every person after a call.

“helpful call summaries”
Pros
The call recording, transcription and summaries are very accurate, including minutes, risks and action items. It's been incredibly useful for keeping up with all the important details from calls and it lets me stay engaged in the conversation instead of stressing about note taking.
Cons
The mobile app is still fairly new and at first it had some difficulty separating different speakers especially when remote participants were coming through a conference room speaker.

“call recording is a big plus”
Pros
Having call recording and playback available is really important and that feature adds a lot of value.
Cons
Needing to copy and paste everything to the clipboard is inconvenient. It would be much better if everything could stay in one document that you can save, send or print.

“accurate long call transcription”
Pros
Being able to record and transcribe longer ad hoc calls with a high level of accuracy has been really valuable.
Cons
A few of the features don't really fit the kind of calls our team usually handles.

“Useful for sales teams”
Pros
It has freed up a huge amount of my time and lets me put my energy into the real work around sales, sales coaching and business development. It works really well for both individual reps and sales managers. I'm getting better visibility into my customers and much more useful, actionable insight into how my sales team is performing. It's quick, simple to use and makes a real impact. Honestly, I only wish I'd had this tool much sooner.
Cons
They've continued adding features so at this point I don't really feel like anything is missing. The only thing I'd still like to see is more industry specific templates but it sounds like those may be on the way soon.

“smart meeting summaries”
Pros
The software connects with WebEx and I assume other similar platforms too, to capture exactly what individual participants are saying and summarize both their input and overall sentiment. By the end of the call, you can modify the takeaways into lots of different formats depending on what you need. It's a huge improvement over trying to take notes on your own.
Cons
There's a small learning curve when it comes to figuring out how to prompt the AI effectively and getting everything set up properly takes a bit of patience. Once that part is done though, it becomes an impressive tool.

“practical platform”
Pros
Handling conference call recording and transcription feels much more manageable with it. The platform is practical, user friendly and the data transfer options are simple to work with which makes it a reliable choice for recording calls, creating transcripts and using the added sales features to evaluate call efficiency and content.
Cons
Only problem I've run into is that the transcriptions aren't always completely accurate. It usually seems tied to accents, slang or calls where the audio isn't very clear. Even with that, the transcript is still really helpful for quickly locating the exact part of the recording you want to replay.
