“accurate call validation support”
Pros
The AI validation has been very accurate, helping confirm inbound calls and making sure real consumer calls come through. It saves customers time and reduces the cost of tracking dead leads. Customer support has also been friendly and consistently willing to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Cons
One downside is that processing can take a while especially when inbound calls need to be transferred.
