Pros

I like being able to see who viewed my contact. It's an excellent app for handling calls and checking a caller's active status is very convenient. It also helps a lot with identifying and blocking spam calls.

Cons

The security side should be strengthened since we are sharing all of our personal data.

This performs better on the iOS system than it does on Android.

Honestly, this is the best app I've ever used. It helps with just about everything and I'm really thankful for it.

Whenever a call comes in while I'm online which is most of the time, this software shows the caller's name right away. That heads up is really useful because I already know who I'm about to talk to before I answer.

I genuinely enjoy all of it's features but one thing I'd suggest is making the incoming call pop up smaller. If it looked more like a simple notification, I think the app would feel even more perfect.

It identifies pretty much any phone number, blocks spam calls and also lets you customize how that works. For the price, it feels worth it. Those are the only two features I use and they do exactly what I need.

Being able to see who's calling and quickly identify spam calls is what makes this app stand out for me and blocking those numbers is a really useful feature. It also lets us check when the caller was last active and decide whether it's the right time to call or not. I absolutely love it.

These days, it feels like a must have on any phone. One feature I really appreciate is being able to send a message with the call context before placing the call since it lets the other person know why I'm calling in advance. They also recently added bubbles in the top right corner that group multiple missed calls into the same popup and that feels like a smart UI improvement.

Cons

Something that gets frustrating is how the app keeps pushing users to move their SMS inbox over to the inbox. Every time I open the app, it asks again whether I want to switch. Even if I skip it because I'm not interested, it never seems to remember that choice. Then the same prompt shows up again the next time which gets pretty annoying.

Pros

This is quick to get started with and it's simple to use day to day. One of the biggest benefits is being able to see who's calling even when the number isn't saved or is completely unknown. The spam blocking feature is also really helpful and adds a lot of value.

Cons

One issue is that the caller names are not always clear or reliable since anyone can suggest a name for a number. On top of that the pricing feels a little expensive.
