I highly recommend Ujet!

Pros

I love how fast Ujet is. I use it every day and I really enjoy working with this platform.

Cons

The one thing I do not like about it is that it lacks noise suppression.

Ujet is the top app for handling calls and chats.

Pros

Ujet is, without a doubt, the best software for businesses. It offers top-notch service for chat and voice interactions, is incredibly user-friendly, adapts to any type of work, boosts productivity and shortens resolution times. At my workplace, it's been the go to program for over 10 years and we've never encountered any issues. I highly recommend it 100%! We absolutely love Ujet.

Cons

Like any platform, it has its advantages and disadvantages. What I do not like is that every time I log in, I have to enter my password and email. I would prefer it to be more personalized, automatic, or at least quicker.

Pros

UJET is fantastic, offering a wide range of features.

Pros

What I appreciate most about Ujet is that it allows us to communicate with our customers quickly and efficiently. It includes features for calls, chats and emails, and the platform is user-friendly with easily understandable options.

Cons

I have not experienced anything I do not like about it yet. My experience has been great.

Very simple to use

Pros

The feature I like the most is how simple it is to use, nothing complicated about it.

Cons

Great tool for enhancing customer service satisfaction.

Pros

As someone who's been using it for almost a year in customer service, I admire its many features. It allows me to put customers on hold while I look for better solutions, monitor my status easily, and perform outbound calls without any hassle. It's a tool that helps me be more productive and could potentially lead me to becoming a top agent.

Cons

I have not dealt with any problems when using Ujet. I love how it works.

Amazing experience with UJET!

Pros

What I like most is the ability to see the stats right after each call, easily mute when I need to review resources and make outbound calls without any issues. The interface is also visually pleasing.

Cons

My least favorite part is when changing aux, you need to tap twice. It would be better if you could just type the aux you want to change to.

Incredible software

Pros

I've been using Ujet for over three years and it's been a fantastic experience. Because of my long tenure, I was given supervisor access, which lets me monitor real-time data like agent statuses and total time spent in different aux modes. Additionally, being able to see calls in the queue helps us resolve issues faster and keep the department running smoothly. That's just one of the many useful features I rely on.

Cons

The only issue I would mention is that when there is a high volume of calls or chats, it sometimes freezes and takes a few minutes to update the aux or find a specific agent. A strong connection is necessary.

Pros

I can easily monitor my agents' auxes and statuses in real-time, and I can even listen to calls as they happen. The platform allows agents to tag different statuses like "avail," "email," "break," or "lunch," which helps with daily monitoring, data extraction, and call listening. It's an incredibly reliable tool.
