“all in one communication platform”

Pros

It covers all of our communication needs which makes it a really important part of how our business operates. The text messaging feature has been especially useful for both our clients and employees. Out of all the companies we've worked with, this has easily been one of the best and getting everything set up at the beginning was very easy.

Cons

An issue we do run into is that if the app stays idle for too long, we often have to fully close it and reopen it before inbound calls will come through. Some employees have also experienced connectivity problems.

“useful chat feature”

Pros

This has been really simple to use and very helpful especially for chat, saving contacts and joining meetings.

Cons

One thing that's pretty frustrating is the group chat feature since you can only add a small number of members and it won't let you go beyond 10.

“no need to switch tabs anymore”

Pros

Having one platform that brings together messaging, calls, video conferencing and file sharing feels incredibly useful. It cuts down on constantly jumping between different apps which makes day to day communication much more efficient. The CRM integration is also done really well since it lets us see caller details during a call and helps us respond faster.

Cons

My only real complaint is that call quality can be inconsistent at times. There have been moments when calls dropped in the middle of a client conversation and sometimes the audio during conference calls was poor.

“smooth setup”

Pros

Everything about it has been simple to use and maintain and the quality has been excellent. The integration was quick to get up and running which really matters to someone like me who isn't very tech savvy and has back to back meetings all day. I'd definitely recommend it.

Cons

At this point, I haven't come across anything I dislike but if that changes, I'll absolutely speak up about it.

“Great design for teamwork”

Pros

Everything from placing calls and joining video meetings to sharing files and collaborating with coworkers works well and feels easy. The interface is clean and I can move between the different features without lag.

Cons

Although this rarely happens sometimes the system stalls or freezes and the call ends up dropping. That becomes really disruptive and especially frustrating during important client conversations or project review meetings. When communication gets interrupted like that, you have to restart the discussion from another point which slows down the workflow.
