Pros
The quality of callers is exceptional, with true professionals who can think on their feet�nothing like the typical low-quality script readers. Upcall has turned average leads I provided into high conversion appointments. Their customer support is top-notch, and they've been incredibly patient with me, a bit of an IT novice. The platform is packed with functionality, far beyond what my small business needs, but for medium to large companies, it seems to offer nearly everything required. Before discovering Upcall, I was planning to hire a lead verification specialist. Upcall has saved me the trouble and expense of hiring, and the callers bring a level of professionalism that would've been hard to find otherwise. As you can tell, I'm a huge fan of Upcall.
Cons
The only downside is more related to my lack of full IT understanding, rather than the software itself. If I had to mention something to improve, it would be the software's user-friendliness, but I think this is a combination of my capabilities and some possible tweaks that could be made to the platform.

Pros
As a caller myself this software is simple to use and sets you up for success. UpCall is an excellent company to work for, offering great flexibility and the opportunity to work across various industries.
Cons
The only issue I faced was with the Upcall chat feature, but they've since updated it and it's now much more user-friendly.

The tool is incredibly easy to handle. It provides a local presence Caller-ID, which boosts conversation rates. This is one of the best features of the product. Additionally, their response time is amazing, typically within 2 seconds. It's a trustworthy platform that feels fresh and unique, making it a promising solution.

Pros
Campaign setup is smooth with a friendly team that is responsive to even the smallest changes. The local Caller-ID integration helps us improve conversions. The callers are skilled at speaking and convincing prospects. The platform is more cost-effective than hiring a salesperson or call center. There are no hidden charges, and the service is reliable and easy to use.
Cons
It can be a bit overwhelming to learn from the manual alone, but once you get familiar with the interface, it becomes really easy to use.

“A total waste of money!!

The system starts making calls automatically.

I was referred to Upcall by a colleague, so I had high expectations. After I paid the fee, things quickly went downhill. 1) You have no control over who makes calls on behalf of your company. You don't select your callers; they apply and are accepted automatically, starting calls before you've had a chance to vet them. 2) The callers don't follow the provided scripts and instructions. 3) Upcallers are unresponsive; they "apply" to your campaign but then don't make calls, and when you try to contact them, there's no response. 4) Although native English speakers, the Upcallers sounded either like teenagers fresh out of high school or heavy smokers with raspy voices, making it unpleasant for professional calls. 5) I was charged an additional mysterious fee the same day I made my payment, and when I opened support tickets to inquire about it, I never got a response. 6) After trying to resolve things, I scheduled a call with a representative, but it took three days to get an appointment. I received an automated reminder for the call, but the rep never showed up. 7) The results? My cost per lead (including the monthly fee, but not the mysterious charge). If that's a good CPL for you, then I'd recommend running Facebook or Google ads instead. My script typically has a 70% closing rate globally. In conclusion, maybe they will improve over time, but if their first year in business is any indication, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. As a small business owner, I can overlook some hiccups, but when you don't answer support tickets or show up for meetings, it's a dealbreaker. As an alternative, consider hiring someone from Upwork, sign up for Hubspot CRM with call recordings, and you'll probably have a better setup.

I wanted to reach out to prospects in the insurance industry. I uploaded my list, wrote my script, added a few details and boom, the campaign was live. What fun especially compared to the traditional, cumbersome call centers I've used in the past.

We've been using Upcall to generate new leads, and the experience has been fantastic. The platform allows you to customize your call campaign to fit your needs and collaborate with callers in real-time, which is extremely helpful. I love the call recording feature and the Slack integration, allowing me to monitor the campaign from my mobile. If I had to hire a sales team or call center, it would be far more expensive, and I'd be locked into long-term contracts. Give Upcall a try. it's worth every penny.
