There are so many excellent tools packed into one app which makes it incredibly useful.

Navigation is not very easy to figure out and it could definitely be made more user friendly.

Verint gives us plenty of options for handling agent scheduling and other workforce management tasks effectively. The platform is accessible and its overall layout is much easier to understand than many similar tools.

To really make full use of everything�it�can do, you have to put in a significant amount of time to learn all of its features.

Being able to enter my days off and instantly see whether they're approved based on my department's availability is very helpful.

We've been using Verint in our business for years to monitor employee hours, see when people are working and keep up with time away from the office. It's very simple to navigate and use. The graphs are really helpful because they make schedules clear at a glance and the scoreboards are a nice feature as well.

The interface keeps the color palette simple which makes it much easier to read especially for anyone who is color blind. Adjusting schedules is also very easy.

The desktop app runs very slowly and that makes real-time adherence monitoring pretty awful.

Using this tool feels pretty easy especially when it comes to the way its functions are laid out and used.

One downside is that�it's mostly web-based and�it�can be slow at times with noticeable delays.

There are many features I really enjoy using. The ribbons are especially helpful for picking up extra hours or dropping the ones I don't want. The scorecard is also useful because it lets me keep track of how I am performing. I am also a big fan of the swap board. Overall, the whole system is very simple to use.

The only problem I have run into is when I trade a shift or make some other schedule change,�it�won't let me add more hours after I have already given some away.�It�might not actually be�it�itself and could just be how our setup works, so I am not completely sure. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints.
