From an operational and optimal standpoint, I am completely satisfied with the solution.
Cons
When the communication flow is sometimes running at maximum speed, the software can occasionally become sluggish and buggy. I often find myself needing to restart it to avoid minor inconveniences that crop up.

We have been using the Vocalcom Sales Acceleration platform for over a year now, and it continues to improve. I can't say enough good things about this tool! What I particularly appreciate is how it has dramatically increased our calls, connection rates and leads in the pipeline, without the drawbacks I have experienced with similar tools in the past. There's no lag time (pause) from call to connect and the voicemail messages are clear and easy to use. With Vocalcom we have been able to triple the number of phone calls per day and double the number of conversations, which has made a huge difference for us.
