Im quite satisfied

Pros

From an operational and optimal standpoint, I am completely satisfied with the solution.

Cons

When the communication flow is sometimes running at maximum speed, the software can occasionally become sluggish and buggy. I often find myself needing to restart it to avoid minor inconveniences that crop up.

Pros

It is the best tool to manage telesales

Thanks to artificial intelligence, customer communication has become more streamlined, which has also enhanced customer loyalty and commitment.

Cons

I believe there should be special discounts for potential customers, as well as a greater degree of synergy between the company and its users to strengthen relationships.

Good functionality and very easy to use

I find it one of the most flexible cloud solution

Pros

The platform offers us total flexibility with minimal complexity, strong process integrations, an excellent scripting engine and full channel support in a single solution.

Cons

Some of the documentation could definitely benefit from being a bit more detailed and comprehensive.

The sales integration is incredible

Pros

We are extremely impressed with Vocalcom's system. Since starting with Vocalcom's sales acceleration platform, we've grown 2-3 times. It integrates perfectly with Salesforce, giving our sales team an edge. The ease of use and effectiveness of the platform are key to our business success. Everyone at Vocalcom has always been helpful and pleasant to work with.

OUTSTANDING!! Works perfectly

Pros

We have been using the Vocalcom Sales Acceleration platform for over a year now, and it continues to improve. I can't say enough good things about this tool! What I particularly appreciate is how it has dramatically increased our calls, connection rates and leads in the pipeline, without the drawbacks I have experienced with similar tools in the past. There's no lag time (pause) from call to connect and the voicemail messages are clear and easy to use. With Vocalcom we have been able to triple the number of phone calls per day and double the number of conversations, which has made a huge difference for us.

Cons

I can't really mention anything negative about it, everything is working fine as expected.

We been working with Vocalcom for over 8 years and they've been a strong partner for us in the Benelux. With them, we've been able to create a private cloud solution tailored to our needs. Our customers are thrilled with the solution and the support. Our latest success story with Vocalcom is winning a national award for the best use of technology in the Benelux.

Simple but very innovation

Pros

Very easy to use and effective tool

Pros

Loved to saw a double-digit improvement in customer satisfaction within weeks of deploying the new customer contact center solution. Overall an easy and amazing contact center software

Pros

We've been using Hermes Cloud for 4 months and it has really changed the way we work. It was incredibly easy to install (took less than an hour!) and is simple for my team to use.

Cons

We have improved our contact by 35% so I believe it is a great software.
