“reliable VoIP platform”

Pros

We originally got introduced to Vodia through a third party vPBX provider that was using it as their underlying platform. It proved to be reliable and easy to work with which gave us enough confidence to remove the middleman and build our own vPBX offering for clients. The setup process was simple and it delivers exactly the kind of solution we were looking to provide.

Cons

Like a lot of long established platforms some parts of the documentation are missing or no longer fully up to date. It hasn't caused much trouble for us though since the forum and support resources are well organized and easy to search through.

“multi tenant powerhouse”

Pros

From an architectural standpoint, this is one of the most flexible systems I've worked with because it delivers a true multi tenant PBX. Setting up domains is simple, live call tracking is built in and the CRM integrations plus ZTP for multiple IP phone brands add a lot of value. The pricing also makes much more sense since it's based on simultaneous call paths instead of charging per extension which makes the whole platform a very compelling choice.

Cons

The biggest thing missing is a mobile soft client being included as part of the product and adding video conferencing would really complete what is already a strong offering. You can configure Bria or another third party client but without any auto provisioning in place, it takes manual intervention and client assistance to get it working.

“fairly priced”

Pros

There's a huge range of features included and the system is capable of handling just about anything I need. The pricing also feels reasonable for what it offers.

Cons

Support is the weak spot. Even though the company is based in the US, you really need to be comfortable tinkering with the system on your own until everything works the way you want. They've made it clear they don't have the time, staff or interest to provide one on one training. Training classes are available but attending means paying extra for flights, a car and a hotel. They also still haven't announced any training dates for the US West Coast.
