What attracted me initially was the low price, but honestly, you get what you pay for, I find it a bit low in quality.
Cons
I find the back end extremely difficult to navigate. If you have any support users trying to use this, good luck, it's pretty awful.

I appreciate the simplicity. You just log in with your username and password. Despite being simple, the app is efficient and provides high-quality calls. I also like the balance display on the main screen.
Cons
I couldn't find the SIP account data to configure on the softphone or IP phone.

The price is very competitive and the few times I've needed support, it's been efficient and highly recommended. Overall it's a telecommunications software company that I highly recommend.
