Difficult to navigate, poor customer service

Pros

What attracted me initially was the low price, but honestly, you get what you pay for, I find it a bit low in quality.

Cons

I find the back end extremely difficult to navigate. If you have any support users trying to use this, good luck, it's pretty awful.

I love the security and ease of communication. My number is from Portugal but I can easily make and receive calls to/from Portugal at a low cost.

I appreciate the simplicity. You just log in with your username and password. Despite being simple, the app is efficient and provides high-quality calls. I also like the balance display on the main screen.

Cons

I couldn't find the SIP account data to configure on the softphone or IP phone.

Pros

I used this company a long time ago, then stopped using the VoIP service, but after resuming, I haven't even considered looking elsewhere. The price is very competitive and the few times I've needed support, it's been efficient and highly recommended. Overall it's a telecommunications software company that I highly recommend.

Cons

I have to admit that I haven't found any weak points in the service so far. I haven't fully explored all its features yet but for now, I'm happy with it.
