Pros
Both the power and predictive dialers are incredibly helpful. Our agents can easily manage large databases without wasting time on manual dialing or unanswered calls. It's a huge time saver. Another plus is the campaign management feature, which lets us quickly create, launch and track every lead's status, keeping our workflow organized.
Cons
I don't have any cons to mention today. Honestly we're really happy with Voiptime so far. It's been working great for us and has really streamlined our processes.

“The top choice for customer service software”
Pros
It's really easy to use! The simple interface doesn't require long training sessions. Plus the software is quick to implement, our migration from the previous system took less than two days. The two way CRM integration is also very useful for our customer service reps, as they can view the client's information during calls, which is such a time saver. Any changes they make automatically update the client's data in the CRM.
Cons
Up until now we haven't encountered any issues or cons during our experience with the software. Everything has been running smoothly and meeting our needs.

Pros
It meets all our needs for both inbound and outbound calls. The outbound campaigns are easy to set up in just 5 minutes. It also has voice broadcasting, which was essential for our business and it's very cost efficient.
Cons
We're completely satisfied with the software at this point, no cons have been noticed yet. Everything is working as expected and it's helping us stay organized and efficient.

This software is extremely efficient at automating all tasks related to dialing. Our sales reps have become three times more productive since starting with Voiptime. Plus it provides valuable insights, such as agents' KPIs, sales pipeline data, campaign reports and more.
Cons
At the moment, I haven't noticed any cons. The software seems to be functioning well and it's been a great tool for our team.

“Really a comprehensive solution for our needs”
Pros
Voiptime is awesome for an efficient sales process. Besides the super efficient predictive dialer, it includes many other useful features. The sales reps especially like that all customer information is kept in client cards. I also love the real-time dashboard and sales reporting, which let me oversee their work at any time.
Cons
I don't have any real cons for myself but I did want to mention that the tool provides only the dialer functionality and doesn't offer online numbers to be used with it. Because of that, I've had to search for a separate supplier to purchase DID and SIP numbers to integrate with the dialer.

“beyond my expectations”
Pros
I spent a long time searching for software that would let me make calls to anywhere in the world without extra issues or desktop installations and also serve as a CRM system. Over my 5 years in telemarketing, I tried many dialers but this one stands out with its super user-friendly interface. Everything is so easy, and once you register, you can start dialing immediately, it's that simple. Plus the call rates are the cheapest I've ever found. I'm really happy with Power Dialer, which has saved a lot of time for me and my team. Customer support is top-notch, they always respond quickly.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of anything negative to say. This is hands down the best software I've used in this field. I'm really impressed with the features and I'm looking forward to seeing how it evolves with future updates.

I love how organized everything is, and my team can efficiently make calls and send emails. It gives me full real-time visibility right in my CRM. The sales reps also love using the local presence feature, which helps us get more people on the phone. Thanks to this, 80% of our calls are answered, improving our connection rates.
Cons
I can't think of any major drawbacks at the moment. However the analytics could use a little more flexibility. They don't offer as many customization options as I'd like which can make it harder to tailor them to our exact needs.

Voiptime Cloud is a great tool for both Sales and Marketing departments. It helps save a lot of time and automates many previously time consuming tasks. One of the best things is that the software is constantly improving.
Cons
We're really happy with the software so far, but we're hoping to see a few additional features in the future, like the ability to send text messages or voicemails directly to clients, as well as the option to create email templates for more streamlined communication.

Voiptime Cloud helps me stay organized, focus on what matters most, and close more deals. I no longer miss details (I can refer to call records whenever needed) and I can keep all my important documents (contracts, bills) organized within the system. I can set up callbacks and meeting reminders and receive notifications both in the system and by email.
