It transformed the way we work

Pros

We've been using Voiso for six months now and I'm really impressed. It's made a noticeable difference in our workflow. The call analytics are fantastic, giving us the data we need to improve our sales and training calls. The Hubspot integration saves us a lot of time by syncing everything automatically. Additionally their customer support team is always available and incredibly helpful with any questions we have.

Cons

While Voiso offers great flexibility, there are some advanced call center functionalities that might have limited customization options. It's important to thoroughly explore feature requirements during the evaluation process.

It has everything we need

Pros

We needed a tool that could help us manage the entire scope of our contact center, be quick to implement and easy for all of our agents to use. Voiso ticked all those boxes and has continued to impress us with its features and regular updates. The support we receive is also fast and attentive.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as a negative. I wasn't involved in the procurement process, but from what I understand it isn't the cheapest option out there. It's more middle of the road in terms of pricing, but users get a lot of value for the cost.

User friendly and great support

Pros

The customer support is very fast and friendly and the platform itself is very easy for us to use.

Cons

Some important features are missing, such as the ability to search Whatsapp messages, view past conversations with contacts and receive SMS replies from customers. I think they are very crucial.

easy and reliable calling software

Pros

Voiso is easy to set up, especially with Salesforce thanks to the pre built integration. The voice quality is excellent. Dashboards are simple to create and manage, making them extremely helpful for call center admins.

Cons

Voiso provides solid basic functionality, but it may lack some of the advanced features that you might need if you're managing a large call center.

A trustworthy service provider for call centers

Pros

We've been working with Voiso for quite a while now and have encountered very few issues, all of which were resolved in a timely manner. They offer excellent tools for tracking and managing call center operations and keep us updated on new features and services they launch. The system is easy to use.

Cons

I'm not a huge fan of their integrated calling app, it has limited functionality and supports only one line.

Convenient but some technical glitches

Pros

The integration with other apps we use, combined with the convenience of the dashboard makes it incredibly effective.

Cons

As for the app, I generally like it. However their payment policy which requires payment immediately upon receiving the bill, can be problematic. If we encounter a technical issue with the payment from our bank, it can stop our operations as we won't be able to dial or use Voiso. This can have a significant impact on our revenue, as we rely solely on Voiso for our dialing.

Great calling service

Pros

Voiso's dialer is one of the best on the market. With cuttingedge technology, it ensures that voice calls are clear and uninterrupted. This has been incredibly helpful for our team, as we can make and receive calls seamlessly without issues like lag or dropped calls. The userfriendly interface and simple design make it easy to use. It also has an outstanding customer support team, always available to answer any questions or resolve any concerns we have. Having open lines of communication with them has been invaluable in quickly resolving any issues.

Cons

Ultimate calling software

Pros

I absolutely love the features Voiso offers, especially for call center management, call routing and call recording. It has made managing our customer service operations much easier and more efficient. Plus the product is extremely user-friendly, which makes training new employees really easy Integration with our existing business processes was also a smooth process and we were up and running in no time.

Cons

Honestly I haven't found anything I dislike about Voiso. Every feature has been incredibly useful, and the product has met all of our needs so far. If there were anything to improve upon, I would love to see even more integrations with other tools and software we use, but that's just a minor suggestion.

One of the best

Pros

An all in one dashboard, interactive and comprehensive. They provide us everything from VoIP, numbers, services, to quick support etc.

Cons

It's an incredible platform

Pros

Our company uses the Voiso call system daily and we've encountered very few minor issues. Their support team is always available and quick to assist. The system is nearly flawless, fast, userfriendly and a great CRM for tracking our team's performance. Any requests for changes or customizations to our setup are met with a quick response, and their representative always calls us to discuss options immediately.

Cons

Right now, I can't think of any desired features. Every time we ask for an update, they seem to have a solution that meets our needs.

Outstanding calling software

Pros

This software offers a ton of metrics and functions, even for a free trial or a low price. I'm very satisfied and can easily find and use all the available features.

Top quality and amazing service
