Pros

Reflectiz has become a key part of our ecommerce security and monitoring setup. We rely on it to track the scripts running across our site, see what data is being collected and identify where that information is being shared with second-, third- and even fourth-party services. It also gives us the documented proof we need for PCI compliance. One of the biggest advantages has been how much effort it has taken out of PCI audits. Tasks that used to drag on for weeks are now handled much more efficiently by providing auditors with a folder of weekly reports, supporting details and documented justification for each script. It has also helped us establish an ongoing review process instead of treating compliance like a once-a-year task. More than once, its scans have flagged issues we probably would not have caught otherwise. Elinor and Luke have been wonderful to work with too: responsive, helpful and a big part of why the overall experience with Reflectiz has been so positive. All in all, it is an excellent tool for improving visibility, supporting PCI compliance, cutting down audit prep time and strengthening continuous website security monitoring.

Cons

Getting fully up to speed does take time. There is a fairly steep learning curve and plenty of rabbit holes to explore so it is worth setting aside dedicated time to really understand how to get the most value out of it.
