The system has been very stable and the technical support team is solid whenever help is needed. It's also simple to use.

“User-friendly recording software”
Pros
Getting recordings is something we need to do often and this software makes that process very user friendly.
Cons
Only twice in the 7 years I've been with the office, another vendor somehow disconnected the software. Once the issue was identified, the technicians worked hard to get everything back up and running properly.

Pros
We found it userfriendly and it fits into existing systems without much effort.
Cons
I'd appreciate a bit more explanation for each setting such as CTI Link, No RTP Timeout and Compression.
