Pros
The P-Series redesign has a clean, well-organized interface that saves time and cuts down on the usual hassle compared with other PBX systems.
Cons
A few of the help documents have translation mistakes but most of the time they're still understandable and can be figured out.

“Reasonable pricing”
Pros
pricing is really attractive especially for the range of features included in the software.
Cons
One downside is how often updates are pushed out which can disrupt businesses that operate 24/7. Having updates on a quarterly schedule would make a lot more sense.
