“Quick meeting connections”
Pros
It gets me connected instantly to my meetings. That convenience really stands out and makes joining calls hassle-free.
Cons
I don't have any issues with Zoom itself, any problems I've had were related to my personal phone connection.

“Stable service”
Pros
Across our company, it has been a very user-friendly and dependable solution. The call quality is clear, the service stays stable and it works as a powerful platform for handling all of our internal communication.
Cons
There honestly isn't much to complain about. If anything, I just wish more companies were using it as well.

“Easy to get the hang of”
Pros
Using it has been really convenient because it's simple to figure out and fits right in with the rest of Zoom's features. I don't have to keep jumping between different apps which makes a big difference during busy days. I can place calls quickly while I'm on the move which helps a lot when I'm going back and forth between classes or study sessions. The audio quality is also very clear so talking with professors, classmates and even patients feels much more manageable.
Cons
it can be a little inconsistent at times especially when I switch a call between my laptop and phone. A few times, reconnecting hasn't gone well and that's frustrating when the conversation is urgent with a colleague or professor. It also depends a lot on having a strong internet connection because if the signal is weak, the call quality drops and it becomes hard to hear clearly. I've run into that more than once in the middle of a study session or while discussing a clinical case which is definitely annoying. I'd also like to see more notification customization options since I've missed calls before when I was in a lecture or study group and didn't notice the alert. Even with those minor issues, it's still a very useful tool but those are the areas where I think it could be better.

“Broken queue availability”
Pros
With queues basically unusable, the rest of the phone system ends up feeling muted and ineffective. It's like owning a car with no wheels.
Cons
Queue member availability doesn't line up with the user's actual presence status. For example someone can be OFFLINE and the call still stays in the queue because the system shows them as available for queue calls. It makes no sense at all.

“Amazing desktop widget”
Pros
The desktop integration works really well. There's a compact widget that stays tucked away on the screen for quick access and it pops up as soon as an incoming call comes in. From there, getting to the dialer or call history is simple so I don't have to open the full app window every time.
Cons
Incoming call view can be better. There isn't a way to see the full call details while the phone is ringing or copy the number before answering so I can be ready for a client call. The caller ID also has room for improvement.
