“Solid overall call quality”
Pros
Calling other clients through this app worked really well. The meetings feature, call recording and overall call quality were all solid. I didn't really use the background options much but when I did, they performed well. I also didn't run into many bugs or problems and the level of call security felt very good.
Cons
Compared with Zoom Video Calls, there was a small learning curve at first but it wasn't anything the documentation couldn't clear up.

“Handy calling without sharing numbers”
Pros
Using it is very simple and it gives you a simple way to reach someone without needing to share your personal phone number.
Cons
There are times when it can take a little while to load especially if you haven't already set it up before getting started. It's definitely better to plan ahead.

“dependable for meetings and calls”
Pros
It has been a solid experience overall, with very few problems. It works well for joining work meetings and staying connected during Zoom sessions.
Cons
When using Zoom Phone with T-Mobile phones, you have to connect in a different way, otherwise you can end up getting charged per minute.

“User-friendly interface”
Pros
The interface feels user-friendly and fits right in with the Zoom video conferencing setup we already use. Getting everything up and running was simple and the call quality has been consistently strong.
Cons
it still lacks faxing capability. Every now and then, calls get dropped or the audio quality dips and support follow-up has been slow or sometimes nonexistent.

“Voicemail transcription is fantastic”
Pros
Something that's been really helpful with it is how it handles voicemail inside the Zoom Workplace app. My voicemails show up in a queue and I also get an email with both the voicemail and the transcription which is especially useful when I need to catch phone numbers or similar details. Scheduling meetings and joining them is also very simple especially when everyone else is already using Zoom. The system didn't take long to learn and I also appreciate being able to update my availability and out-of-office status from the app's background options.
Cons
The only issue I've noticed is with voicemail cleanup. I can delete voicemails in the app but they don't automatically clear from my desktop phone as well. That may be more related to the specific phone model connected to our Zoom Workplace setup.

Pros
Handling multiple tasks with it is very simple and being able to use its other features at the same time makes it especially convenient. It's been really practical for work.

It performed really well overall and I didn't run into any bugs or issues. It worked flawlessly and felt more than capable for business use.

“Superb SMS feature”
Pros
Being able to use the SMS feature for the company has been really useful. It makes it simple to send messages to contacts especially when requesting sensitive information.
Cons
Settings can't be changed directly in the app so you have to log in to the web version whenever you need to make updates.

“Helps me stay in touch with clients”
Pros
Having a dedicated phone number through it helps me stay in touch with clients and being able to offer video calls from the same platform is also really useful.
Cons
Zoom only works when the other person has a Zoom account. Some people I need to speak with do not use Zoom and at times they do not want to create an account just for that.

“All-in-one solution”
Pros
Having calls, video meetings and chat together in one platform makes it very convenient. The audio quality stays stable, call handling is simple and it works well on both computer and mobile. It's a really useful tool for remote teams and companies with multiple locations because it helps keep communication fast and reliable.
Cons
The initial setup can be a bit complicated if you do not have much technical experience with this type of application. Also some advanced features such as international numbers or CRM integrations, come with an extra cost. On top of that, if the network is unstable, it can end up consuming more resources.

“Makes remote work easy”
Pros
It makes remote work a lot more practical especially for employees who normally rely on an office phone. I can place and receive calls right from my laptop or even on my personal smartphone when I'm away from the office which makes it really convenient and useful.
Cons
The mobile app often asks me to enable location services which I'd rather leave off since it uses up my phone's battery. Also, this isn't really a major complaint but Zoom could do a better job blocking spam and junk calls.

“Fits nicely into the Zoom ecosystem”
Pros
Being able to use VoIP anywhere has been a big plus. It works across different apps, whether I'm at my desk or out on the road using my cell phone. It handles both voice and video well and it fits nicely into the rest of the Zoom ecosystem.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have many complaints. If I had one wish, it would be better automatic filtering for robo calls and spam or fake calls. It may already have that capability but if it does, I'm not aware of how to set it up.

“Beginner-friendly tool”
Pros
It has been a really useful app and it runs well even for people who only have basic knowledge of apps and software. It works especially well for working from home and for students doing e-learning and it was a big help for many schools and companies during kovidd time and still continues to be useful now. As long as there is an internet connection, it's simple to use and very accessible.
Cons
A stable internet connection is still necessary because calls can get laggy when the network is weak or inconsistent. Still, Zoom keeps getting better over time.

“Appreciate it's simplicity”
Pros
One thing that really stands out with it is how simple it is to use. The interface is user-friendly, quick to get comfortable with and overall very user-friendly. On top of that, the feature set is very complete and works especially well for professional use.
Cons
The less appealing side of Zoom Phone is the pricing because depending on the options you add, the total cost can go up quite quickly.

“Convenient way to join calls”
Pros
It's a really convenient way to join calls and meetings while I'm out and about and it still gives me the same features and call quality I get from the desktop version.
Cons
I don't have much to complain about. I use it almost every day and it's an excellent option for joining meetings when I'm away from my computer. The only small thing I've noticed is that when several people have their hands raised, you can't always see the order the way you can on desktop.

“Competitive pricing”
Pros
Having everything tied into the Zoom ecosystem makes day-to-day communication feel much more connected, whether it's Zoom Meetings, calls, chats or video. The platform is also priced lower than many competitors which makes it a really solid option for smaller businesses. VoIP calling works reliably over Wi-Fi, 4G/LTE and other networks and the interface is simple and user-friendly. Since it brings phone, video, meetings and chat into one app, it makes communication much more convenient overall. Switching from a phone call to a video meeting is also very smooth.
Cons
Call quality still depends heavily on available internet bandwidth. Hardware support for desk phones is somewhat limited and integrations with CRM and helpdesk platforms are not as broad as they could be.

Pros
anyone can use it for free unless they decide to upgrade. The call quality is very clear and the interface is extremely simple to understand and navigate.

“Clear calls every time”
Pros
The call audio is consistently clear and sounds excellent every time I use it.
Cons
My phone gets really hot while using it. It makes me worry the device could shut down in the middle of a meeting from overheating. I'm not sure whether that's just how the app behaves or if it's something specific to my phone.
