Great Program/Service!

Pros

Blue Folder helps me stay organized with my daily tasks and installations of new equipment.

Cons

Not having a spare parts inventory per machine is a drawback. For instance, after servicing a machine, it would be helpful to log the use of specific parts.

Great Program/Service!

Pros

Cons

Implementing Bluefolder in a new business model

Pros

Transitioning to Blue Folder from a less intuitive in-house software has been a positive move. I recommended implementing Blue Folder based on my previous experience with its ease of use in managing customer and equipment data, including notes and contacts.

Cons

The map function needs improvement. Much of our equipment lacks a street address or is located inside another company's premises without a standard address. Having latitude/longitude options and a "Save and new" button for location entries would be beneficial. Standardizing sub-equipment options would also be helpful.

Implementing Bluefolder in a new business model

Pros

Transitioning to a new position, I found the in-house software for dispatch, billing, and maintenance to be overly complex, limiting its use to specialized personnel. I recommended a trial of BlueFolder for a segment of our customer base based on my positive experience using it previously. Its ease of finding customer and equipment data, including notes and contact information, has been invaluable.

Cons

The map function requires improvement. Much of our equipment lacks a specific street address or is located within another company's facility without a standard address. Having latitude/longitude options for location information and a "Save and new" button for entering locations would be beneficial. Standard sub-equipment options would also be useful.
