Pros

Matt and Paulina from the Blue Folder Team were incredibly attentive and dedicated to enhancing my HVAC service calls software. After trying multiple companies that fell short in various ways, Blue Folder stood out. Other providers often charged extra for custom requests, but Blue Folder accommodated my needs without additional fees. Their support is truly exceptional.

Cons

The only feature missing is the Map function.

I finally found the software I've been looking for!
Pros

Matt and Paulina from the Blue Folder Team went above and beyond to ensure my HVAC service calls software met all my needs. After trying several companies, I found others lacking in some areas. Whenever I requested help, other providers treated it as a special request and would increase costs. In contrast, Blue Folder accommodated my requests promptly and without extra charges. They are truly exceptional.

Cons

Cons

When you delete something, it's unclear if it's permanently gone or if there's a way to retrieve it. Accidental deletions due to misclicks could happen and might require recovery options.

Switching to Blue Folder has significantly upgraded our job tracking system. It offers a user-friendly interface, a wide array of features that enhance productivity, and responsive customer service that values our input for future enhancements.

Cons

The invoicing and payment system could benefit from enhancements. Customizing invoice forms, accepting multiple payments for one invoice, editing invoices post-creation, and receiving payments for multiple invoices are currently not options.

Setting up BlueFolder was a breeze. I simply provided the information, and they had everything loaded up in minutes. Navigation and finding what I need are effortless.

Cons

Transitioning to a new position, I found the in-house software for dispatch, billing, and maintenance to be overly complex, limiting its use to specialized personnel. I recommended a trial of BlueFolder for a segment of our customer base based on my positive experience using it previously. Its ease of finding customer and equipment data, including notes and contact information, has been invaluable.

Cons

The map function requires improvement. Much of our equipment lacks a specific street address or is located within another company's facility without a standard address. Having latitude/longitude options for location information and a "Save and new" button for entering locations would be beneficial. Standard sub-equipment options would also be useful.

Automated recurring work orders help us stay organized with preventative maintenance, and locating work history and attaching files is Simple. The customer support is exceptional, with quick responses and efficient issue resolution.

Cons

Being sold only in US dollars makes it expensive for Canadian companies. The overall cost has become quite high, and setting up preventive maintenance requires manual effort, although it's still more efficient than using paper.
