“Good tool but expensive
Pros
Work order management with Blue Folder is effective both in the office and in the field. Automated recurring work orders help us stay organized with preventative maintenance, and locating work history and attaching files is Simple. The customer support is exceptional, with quick responses and efficient issue resolution.
Cons
Being sold only in US dollars makes it expensive for Canadian companies. The overall cost has become quite high, and setting up preventive maintenance requires manual effort, although it's still more efficient than using paper.
