Customer Support was amazing and not pushy about selling to me when I started my free trial.

Pros

Adding equipment to the website was incredibly easy. Having equipment pictures pulled from a Google search to choose from makes it look highly professional. I always know the location of every piece of equipment, and automated emails reminding students of due dates make my job much easier!

Cons

There are a few enhancements that would better suit my specific needs, but I likethat the Cheqroom team is responsive to making these changes.

Satisfied so far, but it's early days

Pros

The software is easy to use and highly intuitive. The autofill function and visual search for item additions are remarkably beneficial.

Cons

One limitation of the software is the inability to assign multiple users to a single booking, which would be quite helpful for our operations.

efficient, intuitive, quick

Pros

It does exactly what we need. We can easily see which kit is available for any job and keep track of equipment that needs repairs.

Cons

The label printing lacks templates for many common labels, and the manual printing process can be somewhat awkward.

CHEQROOM has been a massive improvement from our previous equipment management software.

Pros

The platform is intuitive, works well on mobile devices, and offers powerful tools on the admin side to effectively manage our equipment and inventory.

Cons

The platform has some idiosyncrasies that require getting used to, such as navigating away from a search result without resetting the search screen, although some users might find these quirks beneficial.

A little confusing at first. But once your rolling it's great.

Pros

The software's layout is user-friendly, and I likehow it connects photos of products as you add them to your inventory.

Cons

In self-service settings, it's inconvenient not being able to view other bookings on the calendar. It would be great if users could modify another user's booking in user mode. Additionally, overdue items should generate pop-up alerts that direct users straight to them.

Great. Love the User Interface and how simple it is to use.

Pros

Adding new gear to our existing inventory is simple with Cheqroom. It's exactly what I needed for tracking and identifying our office's camera gear.

Cons

It's frustrating that I can't include multiple items in different kits simultaneously.

What confuses me is the reservations vs checkout.

Pros

The clarity and ease of use are outstanding, especially when creating reservations. The app could be more user-friendly in terms of searching for barcodes and scanning items back in by item code, rather than just by item.

Cons

Creating templates can be challenging. When I forget to check out a reservation, there's no option to keep it in the system; I'm forced to delete it, losing its history. Uploading images also doesn't retain them, requiring me to re-upload every time. Moreover, the 'recent' function isn't functioning properly.

Easy to setup the workplace, lot of customization option, very friendly customer support.

Pros

It creates an exceptionally intuitive work environment. For managing demonstration needs, this software excels. It notifies the designated contact person via email for check-outs and check-ins, facilitates seamless unit scheduling, and automatically retrieves product visuals from the internet for easy identification. The mobile app is also user-friendly, and with QR code functionality, we avoid the need for specialized equipment in the field.

Cons

Currently, there's no domain customization available, so partners receive emails from Cheqroom instead of from our organization, which can be both advantageous and disadvantageous depending on the business context. Another drawback is that it doesn't support Brother label printers, which would simplify our operations.

Pros

It enables me to efficiently handle administrative tasks. It's a software solution that adequately addresses my needs at this stage.

Cons

So far my experience as been good. Fairly easy, good customer support, fair pricing.

Pros

Importing CSV files of equipment, accessing calendars, creating PDF reports, and inserting comments are all intuitive actions with this software. In general, it's simple to configure and operate.

Cons

The process of selecting equipment during reservations could be smoother. The "load more items" feature feels unnecessary. It's cumbersome to transition from making a reservation to checking out, and we don't utilize external users for this; instead, we manage equipment within our office. Ideally, I'd like a simpler process where I can click a button to confirm equipment checkout. Additionally, tracking the daily charges for equipment reservations would provide valuable insights if integrated into Cheqroom.
