Our team migrated away from the previous HIPPO CMMS solution and the transition proceeded without disruption or difficulty, feeling quite smooth Overall only brief training sessions were necessary for our staff to grasp several of the differing functions and capabilities.

Having only used the software for a few months I find myself unable to identify any meaningful shortcomings at this stage, it accomplishes our needs reliably and I recognize that the application is equipped to support many more advanced capabilities.

When maintenance or service tasks are due at my hotel the app prompts me and lets me continually monitor work orders and keep a running inventory log so I never lose track of what's needed.
Cons
Regarding inventory I can't clone an existing preventive maintenance record so I have to build each new preventive schedule from scratch instead of copying one.

the application is refreshingly simple and quick while still being fully functional and in my experience both the mobile app and the browser-based interface are simple and easy to navigate, the control provided by the work-order request system is particularly useful and overall Clickmaint comes across as a lovingly built product that continues to evolve.
Cons
I came across frustrating limits in customization for instance there is only a single request template and a single work-order template applied across every user group, the request portals allow only limited personalization and the system confines you to predefined user types without the ability to create custom user groups or fine-grained access levels while it also lacks workflow functionality altogether.

Throughout the implementation and initial startup, everyone has been extremely helpful to me and my team and personally assumed responsibility for entering all of our company's assets rather than relying on the previous vendor we had used before, the CMMS itself is simple, offers a mobile app so I do not have to be tethered to a computer to submit requests or work orders and I wholeheartedly recommend Click Maint for any company's maintenance software needs.

My experience with the help portal has been excellent and I haven't come across any problem that the ClickMaint support staff couldn't assist me with.
Cons
A significant limitation I've come across is that the system does not allow attaching multiple assets to one task which becomes a problem for boiler inspections when I have several boilers, the guidance that 'If additional work is needed, please create additional task and add the asset that requires the work' is impractical in my situation. When our contractor performs comprehensive inspections for us, they provide a single set of paperwork and one invoice rather than separating documentation per asset so I cannot attach each boiler's paperwork individually.

I rely on the Click Maint mobile application when I'm out working in the field because it functions reliably and accomplishes the essential tasks but in my experience it lacks many of the granular details and broader capabilities that are available when accessing the system from a desktop computer or laptop.
