“Great app for maintenance logs”
Pros
Click Maint CMMS is very user friendly. The mobile app is simple to navigate and it does a good job of helping us keep up with work orders, technician labor time and planned maintenance schedules.
Cons
It's missing hour meters for mobile equipment and we cannot create our own custom work order statuses. Reporting on assets also seems limited since I have not been able to generate the reports we need.

“very affordable tool”
Pros
This system took almost no effort to use. The interface is clear, the setup is quick and the whole layout is so user friendly that just about anyone could figure it out without much trouble. On top of that the cost is incredibly low for my company even while using it across three separate plants especially when I compare it with other options on the market.
Cons
It still falls a bit short when it comes to customization although they've been rolling out new features every month. With that pace of improvement I expect most of the little frustrations or limitations will probably be worked out over the next couple of years.

“Business intelligence proves its worth”
Pros
The BI side of this system is the real standout. It's not just a bunch of colorful charts but it gives me amazing platform to work with. I can show management that the old saw line is costing us more in downtime and repair expenses than replacing it with a new one would. It also tracks every minute of hard work we put into keeping those machines running.
Cons
Well the mobile app still lacks some essential features that are available on the web version. Uploading photos to a work order from a phone is awkward and the current workaround is to email the photo first and then upload it later from a desktop.
