“tracking tool on the go!”
Pros
Onboarding was very simple and the mobile app is easy to navigate. It helps us track work orders, technician hours and scheduled maintenance effectively.
Cons
It's missing hour meters for mobile equipment and we can't create our own custom work order statuses. I also haven't found a way to run asset reports.

“affordable and easy start”
Pros
The interface is clear and uncomplicated and the system is so easy to learn that nearly anyone could pick it up without trouble. The cost for my company to use it across three separate plants is incredibly low especially compared to other options on the market.
Cons
The main thing it still needs is more customization though they've been releasing new features every month. With that pace of improvement, I expect most minor frustrations will be addressed over the next couple of years.

“Great app for maintenance logs”
Pros
Click Maint CMMS is very user friendly. The mobile app is simple to navigate and it does a good job of helping us keep up with work orders, technician labor time and planned maintenance schedules.
Cons
It's missing hour meters for mobile equipment and we cannot create our own custom work order statuses. Reporting on assets also seems limited since I have not been able to generate the reports we need.
