The ease of use is remarkable, our maintenance team, who are not technologically inclined, were able to use it with minimal training.
Cons
The mobile app is simple and lacks some functionality in certain areas. However, Click Maint consistently makes enhancements to it, which is commendable.

Pros
Our school recently implemented Click Maint for maintenance request and work order management, and it has been fantastic. Our previous system was cumbersome and plagued with bugs and issues. Click Maint simplifies the process of submitting maintenance requests and provides updates on work order status. I love the convenience of scanning a QR code with my iPhone to submit a request.
Cons
I use the app solely for maintenance requests and keeping track of work order statuses. There is nothing negative I can say about it.

Click Maint is incredibly user-friendly. We needed a simple solution to track requests, work orders, and occasional preventive maintenance. Previously, we were using spreadsheets, which consumed too much time. Click Maint was the perfect fit for us. The cost is affordable, and the team has been excellent to work with. The mobile app was an unexpected bonus that we now use it extensively.
Cons
I can't think of anything. We are a small operation, and Click Maint has been excellent thus far, fulfilling all our requirements.

The standout feature of this software is its quick setup and ease of use. I had previous experience with a CMMS (although it's been a while), and this has been a night and day difference. I was initially hesitant due to my past experience, but Click Maint is affordable and remarkably user-friendly. We were able to start creating work orders after the initial onboarding call with their specialist.
Cons
It may not be the most suitable for tool tracking since there is no check-in/check-out feature. However, we can utilize the assets module and inventory module. Apart from that, it works great.

There is nothing but praise for this software. As a small operation with a limited number of work orders, it has made tracking and managing tasks incredibly easy. Considering the cost, it has been a worthwhile investment.
