Their customer support outstanding and the platform delivers the exact features I require for my work so it consistently meets my needs. Also it is continuously evolving and improving and there isn't a single feature I don't use within the system.
Cons
As a user I think the software is still in development..... what began as a very basic application is progressively expanding its capabilities in order to meet more of our requirements.

Pros
Using Click Maint CMMS has been remarkably simple. For me it was quick to pick up and helps me keep all the details organized so I can easily create and monitor work orders, review equipment histories and arrange preventive maintenance without confusion. The interface is uncluttered & I appreciate the convenience of accessing it from my phone and the real-time updates mean I always have current information which has significantly smoothed my day-to-day maintenance workflow.
Cons
That said, I find certain capabilities somewhat constrained particularly when it comes to reporting and the level of customization available which limits how I can tailor outputs to specific needs. The mobile app can feel a bit glitchy at times and some actions demand additional clicks so while these are not deal-breakers. I would like to see improvements as the platform scales.

I appreciate that we can provide public request portals so our tenants are able to submit maintenance issues directly and the workflow functionality allows us to thoroughly review each submission before converting it into an official work order.
Cons
Being unfamiliar with technical workflows I find that the system isn't particularly simple for the specific maintenance needs of property management and although it currently satisfies our requirements I can see that it wasn't originally designed with rental property work orders in mind, particularly around tenant communication and scheduling nuances.

Pros
The mobile application combined with the integrated QR-code scanner simplifies workflows. Also I find it simple to operate and I appreciate that the cost is reasonable while Click Maint's customer support is excellent.
Cons
I haven't come across any significant flaws in Click Maint up to this point and overall I'm satisfied with its functionality but I have noticed that the application presently lacks single sign-on capability which would be a useful addition.

I'm consistently struck by how simple the web interface is since I can move through the program with very little effort and because it's simple and uncluttered it perfectly suits the kinds of applications I need to manage within our facility.
Cons
Currently there is no Inventory category on the phone app which makes it an absolute nuisance when I try to photograph parts and attach those images to a part's edit screen, consequently, my workaround involves taking photos on my device, emailing them to myself, then downloading the files onto the PC so I can drag and drop them into the edit screen, saving the record and afterwards laboriously removing all those pictures from the computer, a tedious sequence that I would avoid entirely if the phone/iPad app offered an Inventory section that functioned the same way the Assets category does.

After testing two alternative platforms I discovered that Click Maint CMMS is remarkably simple and simple to pick up which made my onboarding painless, the support team has responded with lightning speed and genuine helpfulness whenever I reached out. Within a short time I had created two work orders and inventoried all of my assets and the mobile app presents a tidy, uncluttered interface, in under a full day on the system I was already able to review basic labor and material costs.
Cons
To date I have not run into a single obstacle that impeded my progress and having used the in-app chat on three separate occasions I can say that the support responses have consistently exceeded my expectations.

As someone who uses Click Maint regularly I find the interface extremely simple and the customer support exceptional, whenever questions arise, they consistently provide rapid, practical responses that we can implement immediately and I especially appreciate the QR codes deployed across each of our sites since the organised issue reporting is outstanding.
Cons
When we first signed up, there were certain capabilities we had hoped for that weren't yet part of the platform but the development team reacted promptly to listen to our feedback and implemented changes to resolve the gaps we raised.

I find the platform remarkably simple to operate and navigate and since it can be tailored to meet particular systematic requirements, it delivers organised preventive maintenance (PM) scheduling, work order handling and asset tracking making it for me an affordable and practical alternative.
Cons
Although the desktop experience is powerful I noticed the mobile app provides far fewer functionalities, the interface can feel inconsistent at times and I required fairly in-depth initial training before I felt fully onboarded.

I've found the system simple to adopt and deploy and because each page follows a uniform layout, navigating through the application becomes simple and efficient, usually requiring only three clicks to complete tasks.
Cons

The system is very simple and neatly organized which makes daily use simple and I especially value being able to proactively schedule preventive maintenance while enjoying the added convenience of having a functional phone app for on-the-go access.
Cons
My primary frustration is the limited ability to visually browse rooms or zones within the interface and because of that when faculty or staff who are not familiar with where to look for a particular room try to navigate the system, they can easily become confused.

Customer service has impressed me throughout the entire process, beginning with the initial cold call we received after we started exploring a new CMMS and continuing through sales (JP Mariano), the thorough on-boarding and the subsequent training.. overall the support has been excellent.
Cons
I would like the ability to include our log directly on work orders because our finalized work orders are what our customers present to demonstrate that preventive maintenance was performed when federal inspectors arrive and in my view adding the agency logo to those documents would make them appear far more professional and authoritative.

The interface exceptionally simple and easy to use which makes navigation simple even for less experienced users and the support team is impressively responsive, providing fast, practical solutions. Also the procedures feature that was recently added stands out as a very valuable enhancement to the overall workflow.
Cons
On the downside I am constrained by the absence of support for maintenance triggered by running hours which is essential for properly managing generators, compressors and other heavy equipment and I also notice that field data limits are not being flagged automatically...... even though the new procedures feature accepts numeric input, it fails to produce automatic alerts when values fall outside acceptable ranges, forcing me or the technicians to catch and report issues manually. Additionally the loading time can be somewhat slow and I would gain a lot from an option to host the system locally to significantly improve performance.

I appreciate how fairly simple the system is to navigate because work requests arrive promptly without any delay and I can quickly search and pull up historical work orders to review notes and context, additionally, I really like the concept of a downtime tracker that is presently in beta testing.
Cons
My main complaint is that the mobile app does not perform on par with the website: it frequently signs me out unexpectedly and it won't let me upload photos directly from my phone into the app so when I need to attach images I have to email them to myself and then access the site through a browser to add them which is difficult.

Submitting work orders and assigning their priority is very simple and I find that users with minimal technical expertise can readily create and edit work orders without much guidance, furthermore, when I come across any issues the instant customer support is very convenient and responsive.
Cons
I've had to generate a PDF before printing since there's no direct print option and I have also come across a few minor bugs related to the display date not matching the actual date on the work order page which I reported and the response team acknowledged but unfortunately they have not been fixed yet.

Cons
