I find the staff's support service to be excellent and very responsive, consistently helping me when I need assistance.
Cons
Because this application is still relatively new, my team and I continue to come across various glitches during use but whenever we report these problems to Click Maint, they promptly investigate, work on solutions and keep us informed about the progress and resolution status of each issue.

I've discovered a long list of aspects I like about Click Maint and a few of them are worth mentioning here: the application's simplicity and interactive design make it extremely easy for me to navigate and the way the team configured it for our use feels deliberately user-centric and easy. We only recently rolled it out across the hospital and, remarkably, none of our staff have lodged a single complaint about submitting work orders via Click Maint. Having been present during the previous rollout of a new work order platform, when the whole team loudly objected to how difficult and non-intuitive that system was, I can attest that I would have heard any gripes because our employees are not shy about voicing displeasure, their total lack of criticism has honestly taken me by surprise.
Cons
After sitting and reflecting on the system, I have tried very deliberately to identify any features or behaviors that I find unsatisfactory or that I might want altered but despite careful consideration I cannot come up with a single aspect that leaves me unhappy with the platform.

I like how it aids the onboarding process provides an interactive interface that's easy to use and makes pulling reports easy and efficient.
Cons
Occasionally when I make a typo in a location the search becomes unresponsive and forces me to abandon the current query and restart my request from the beginning.

Our school recently implemented Click Maint for maintenance request and work order management, and it has been fantastic. Our previous system was cumbersome and plagued with bugs and issues. Click Maint simplifies the process of submitting maintenance requests and provides updates on work order status. I love the convenience of scanning a QR code with my iPhone to submit a request.
Cons
I use the app solely for maintenance requests and keeping track of work order statuses. There is nothing negative I can say about it.

The standout feature of this software is its quick setup and ease of use. I had previous experience with a CMMS (although it's been a while), and this has been a night and day difference. I was initially hesitant due to my past experience, but Click Maint is affordable and remarkably user-friendly. We were able to start creating work orders after the initial onboarding call with their specialist.
Cons
It may not be the most suitable for tool tracking since there is no check-in/check-out feature. However, we can utilize the assets module and inventory module. Apart from that, it works great.
