good cloud calibration platform

Pros

CompuCal works really well as a calibration and maintenance management system especially for companies with a large installed base and a high volume of work orders throughout the year. It provides clear, easy-to-read overviews of both the installed base and the work that is coming up which makes planning much easier. Nearly everything can be exported to Excel for further data analysis and if a specific report is not available, they can usually create it because their knowledge of the system is extensive. Since the application is cloud-based, it can be accessed from anywhere as long as you have the link and we have never run into downtime during operating hours. It is also obvious that they are committed to improving CompuCal, with yearly updates that refine existing functions and introduce new ones.

Cons

One area that still needs improvement is the scheduling within CompuCal. They are working on it but at the moment it is still more practical to export the work orders to Excel with one click and handle the scheduling there using a Pivot table or a similar tool.
