“Configurable and reliable maintenance platform”
Pros
Right from implementation, EAM360 has been highly configurable and flexible enough to cover all of our requirements, including the validations we needed in place. It has improved our operations and maintenance efficiency by giving us much better visibility into maintenance metrics which makes it easier to spot the areas that need attention. Our engineers can now enter material usage, labor hours, logs and root cause information directly into the system instead of writing everything down on paper first which has made the process much more efficient. The built-in validations also help ensure work permits are in place before any job begins which is extremely important for safety in our operations and maintenance environment. On top of that, the EAM360 team has been knowledgeable, responsive and professional throughout the implementation and over the last five years of support. They have handled process changes and additional requirements very well and we are genuinely pleased with their service and would absolutely recommend them.
Cons
We're very satisfied with EAM360 and don't have any specific drawbacks with the solution to highlight.

“Helpful maintenance scheduling”
Pros
Our field technicians can quickly check their work schedules and record all the key details tied to each job. EAM360 has really helped our company stay on top of preventative maintenance and get those tasks completed consistently.
Cons
A challenge comes up when technicians lose internet access or their phones switch into low battery mode because some information doesn't sync immediately. After they reconnect, certain data can end up stuck in the queue. EAM360 has improved since we first started using it but there are still occasional times when the data doesn't sync properly.
