“The price can't be beat
Pros
One thing I really value is the cost , it's only a small portion of what competing CMMS platforms charge. The interface is very user-friendly and whenever I reach out, the support team responds quickly and is very helpful.
Cons
Occasionally the servers go down at really inconvenient moments and that gets frustrating for me, even if those outages aren't very frequent.

“Excellent support and user friendly
Pros
Adding equipment and setting up preventive maintenance schedules on this platform is surprisingly easy for me. The reporting tools deliver exactly what I need without any issue. What really makes the difference, though is the support team , they are outstanding. Whenever I face a problem or can't figure out a specific feature, their staff is always friendly and ready to help. I've had especially great experiences with my account rep, Mel Motoch who has been incredibly helpful and feels like a real asset to their team.
Cons
I'm frustrated that there's no purchase order capability , I wish it could automatically create POs when part inventory drops to its reorder level.

“Flexible but slow to load
Pros
I like how flexible it is for managing locations and equipment changes. Linking repair parts directly to equipment lines is really convenient for me. The picture feature is fantastic because I pick my own images, I know they're accurate and helpful and consistently reliable for reference.
Cons
Overall it runs quite slowly when I'm applying updates and sometimes it takes ages to register changes. Loading pages is a problem too especially because my techs need to move fast and end up staring at blank screens. On top of that, the mobile link with my iPhone has been intermittently unreliable and really frustrating.

“My go to tool for daily use
Pros
I can set my reports to run on their own, which saves me a massive amount of time. Being able to push live updates from my phone is a real lifesaver when I'm out of the office.
Cons
Unfortunately, I don't have access to the predictive maintenance feature. This has really slowed down my workflow and caused delays on several of my projects

the interface is user-friendly and it flexibly adjusts to whatever tasks I throw at it. When I run into issues, reaching out to support is simple and they make getting assistance pretty issue-free.
Cons
When we're handling urgent matters, I notice that customer service's reply times could stand to be quicker.

it is very interactive to use and I can customize it exactly to fit our company's needs and scale up as we grow.
Cons
I noticed the learning curve is somewhat steep at first while you're getting comfortable with all the detailed features but in my experience that's a fairly minor downside given how comprehensive and capable the system is.

“simple to track & has some bugs

I've found handling work orders extremely easy and keeping tabs on them takes almost no effort. The interface is very simple and noticeably better than other software I've tried.
Cons
Since I updated to Version 10, I'm still seeing bugs in the HIPPO program. Small problems keep arising, for example, equipment model names are showing up more than once when there should only be a single entry for each model.

how quickly the tech support team replies whenever I contact them by email.
Cons
It annoys me that the built-in Excel export within the extract tool was removed , now I only get CSV outputs which feels noticeably less convenient.

I can switch between different work groups which ensures tasks are routed to the correct departments.
Cons
having to manually tag each person's name for work units in the resource section becomes a really tedious chore.

“very easy to submit but missing mobile app
Pros
I really appreciate how easy it is for people to submit work orders here , the whole flow is simple and doesn't take much training to pick up. Being able to see exactly where each request stands has made staying on top of tasks a lot easier for our team. Pulling historical reports by location gives us useful visibility into recurring patterns and trends. Having a single, centralized system for work order submissions with customizable fields that help capture all the needed details up front, is what I value most.
Cons
It's frustrating that I can't use the system on mobile that limits how quickly I can respond when I'm out and about. I also can't assign exact times for recurring tasks or attach timeframes to items that are created automatically which complicates scheduling. Work requests are locked to single facilities, so I can't create one that covers multiple locations. There isn't a facilities scheduler interface yet, though I was told it's planned for a future update.

“best for daily tracking
Pros
I really value being able to keep tabs on my daily tasks and then pull comprehensive monthly reports that break everything down by dates, categories and specifics , it makes managing workloads and spotting trends much easier. Being able to attach photos to jobs right in the system is also massively helpful for documenting the work and clearing up any confusion on site.
Cons
Occasionally the app runs slowly for me, although that could just be down to weak phone reception rather than the software itself. A bigger problem I run into is with the reporting, if somebody closes a job while it's assigned to someone else, the reports will mistakenly attribute the work to the person who closed it instead of the person who actually completed the task which messes with accountability and performance tracking.

“great value though mobile app needs work

Honestly I am pleasantly surprised at the amount of value this CMMS gives considering its price , it's affordable yet powerful. Its configurability matched our operational needs perfectly and our staff learned it quickly with no issues.
Cons
mobile app needs a fair bit of work before it's truly reliable and I would welcome a much more easy method to pull up past work orders tied to each specific location.

When I onboard new users, training them feels easy and I find the interface pretty easy to get around.
Cons
I've noticed the team is growing and with that we're experiencing some growing pains. There are a number of features I've requested that I'm hoping they'll implement soon.
