“Keeps me organized but reports are slow
Pros
With the scheduled and on-demand work order tools, I'm able to keep a firm handle on my workload , nothing slips through the cracks or gets forgotten and I can easily monitor both the time spent and the costs incurred for every task.
Cons
I find the reporting tools painfully slow and clunky to use , it's a real struggle to pull out the kind of data I need to compare trends between the work that's been generated and what has actually been completed. On top of that, having to export data before I can search equipment across multiple buildings at the enterprise level is a major issue and feels very inconvenient.

“great for tracking but app is limited
Pros
I really value having a visible paper trail for maintenance and work requests, it eliminates the constant back-and-forth with employees who insist they submitted a report when they clearly never did.
Cons
On my phone the feature set feels limited compared to the desktop version , I can't access some of the tools and controls that I regularly use on my computer.

“Easy to manage but freezes
Pros
Using this system, I've found handling work items and keeping up with PMS tracking to be extremely simple and efficient. The layout is so easy that I can move through everything quickly without any trouble.
Cons
the main page will freeze on me and the whole app becomes noticeably sluggish which can be really frustrating.

Cons

“missing inventory tracker
Pros
Its easy to get around the interface and being able to instantly generate detailed work orders whenever something breaks in the facility has been incredibly useful for our team.
Cons
I'd like the app to include parts inventory tracking , at the moment it doesn't offer that and having a way to monitor stock levels for frequently used parts, including minimum and maximum thresholds for how much we keep on hand would be extremely useful.

“easy setup with connection trouble
Pros
Getting our PM schedules set up was actually much easier than I expected and I had our maintenance program up and running in very little time. The layout of the interface made immediate sense which cut down the time I spent on initial configuration. Plus, their support staff walked me through everything when I first started and were really helpful.
Cons
The web application looked slick but it depended too much on Wi,Fi or a network connection which didn't work well for how my facility is set up. I appreciated being able to upload pictures, however they wouldn't appear when I printed work orders which was frustrating.

After I purchased it, getting everything set up was simple and it has stayed reliable ever since.
Cons
I'm frustrated by the absence of Active Directory integration , if it could authenticate users automatically through AD, our workflow would be much smoother and more efficient.

We had the support team guide us through each stage of implementation and that hands on assistance made the whole process much easier for our team.
Cons
the help tool is only available in test environments and when I'm in user mode, it becomes inaccessible in administrator mode which is really annoying whenever I need guidance while adjusting system settings.

Pros
The interface is very easy and I can move around it without any issues. Getting everything set up didn't take long and I really like being able to pull live work data immediately instead of having to wait.
Cons
I'm still learning how to jump between the different screens , there's definitely a noticeable learning curve to get comfortable. Also, the support team largely communicates in a language that most users don't understand and that makes getting useful help, frustrating and time-consuming.

Pros
It has been incredibly easy to use. Being able to generate reports and export data has made merging information into our broader business analytics much simpler and really useful when I'm compiling insights. The support team gets back to me quickly and always handles my questions professionally whenever I contact them. What stands out is the system's flexibility , I'm planning to put it into service soon to track our tool crib's inventory and daily activities and I could see us later extending it to store CNC machine setup details and backup program files as well.
Cons
Although it's not a huge problem, I do wish there was a way for me to remove test entries or incorrect work orders when they get created by mistake, because those clutter the system. Also, using the app on a tablet is annoying at times since I can't reach all of the side-menu options which interrupts my workflow.

“let down by clunky, multi-screen data entry

it helps me keep factory work orders organized and scheduled efficiently, making planning and coordination much easier.
Cons
The interface feels unpolished on both the input and output sides which I find pretty frustrating. The data entry flow is clunky , I constantly have to backtrack through several screens just to add easy details. For example when I'm entering a PM and the equipment isn't already in the system, I'm forced to back up one screen to create it and then often have to go back even further to add the model first. The reporting side is disappointing as well. Most of the reports look like generic templates that don't match our industry requirements. The UI isn't interactive and many of the fields we painstakingly enter into the system aren't available as output options in reports or on printed work orders , estimated effort being a prime example. It really feels like there's a gap between what the system lets you input and what you can actually extract.

Pros
I am really glad this is so budget-friendly and the customer support has been outstanding, plus there are tons of features for me to try out.
Cons
Getting everything set up took forever and completely drained me, although I figure that's likely par for the course with most CMMS platforms, the customization choices still need a lot of work.

Pros
It is very easy to use and work with. Updating calls is about as simple as it gets and I like that I can log hours and the materials used for each piece of equipment. It's also really simple to pull up past data and repair histories when needed.
Cons
I can't think of any real drawbacks, there genuinely aren't any major issues I've noticed that are worth complaining about.
