“User-friendly, but still needs some work
Pros
I find it pretty easy to use. I'd rate it around 3.5 stars.
Cons
The Lightning version of the app is not as user-friendly as people say. It still feels to me like a beta version, and it is been this way for years.

“Works the best for us!
Pros
It has served us the best for accurately tracking assets, work orders and portal request communication.
Cons
It is not con, but yes, we have not used inventory tracking yet since we have not needed it.

“Not happy with it
Pros
Well it is nice that we can easily see different teams within a space.
Cons
Dealing with double bookings, manual processes and unreliable site data is a hassle. The Insights module is also unclear to us and it is not even clear who owns the deactivated profiles.

“good support when needed
Pros
I find the interface very easy to use and anytime I hit a snag the support crew really know what they're doing and quickly help me get everything fixed.
Cons
When I access a request the system flags that there's an open work order but it never shows the actual work order number, which I would find very useful to have displayed right on that screen so I don't have to dig around elsewhere.

“Really enjoyed using it
Pros
Eptura Asset is simple and easy to use software. Our clients like it.
Cons
I noticed that it is missing some key tracking options, like keeping records of people's certifications.

“Does a lot, but misses the basics
Pros
Not only is it easy to set up but also it looks great on screen.
Cons
It has a lot of problems. No lot numbers, no multiple locations, no scanner, no traceability. Whenever we ask support about it, the answer is always the same, that we do not have that capability.

“terrible support
Pros
I genuinely liked having every one of our locations visible on the main dashboard, with each location showing its current work order totals.
Cons
Customer support was virtually non-existent , every time we contacted them with questions, there was no response or any follow-up from their side.

“5 out of 5
Pros
It really helped streamline our asset management and reduce downtime across all sites. The whole company can track asset performance, utilization and work orders in one place. Site managers use it to track costs, plan budgets and find ways to save money. Also it helps us meet sustainability goals by letting us pull reports and make data backed decisions.
Cons
Some training was needed to get our team up to speed, but the more effort you put in, the more benefits you will get out of it.

“Top asset management software
Pros
We love having everything in one place. No need left to switch between platforms. We use it for asset management, inventory tracking, vendor management and work requests. In short it cuts down on admin work.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve, but once we get used to it, it really helps our company.

“Powerful but can be slow
Pros
I rely on the IT and maintenance scheduling to keep our resources well organized and they've never let me down. It grows with us smoothly and I haven't noticed any performance issues as we scale. I also value the coding capabilities because they allow me to build custom scripts for complex project needs and mobile access means I can handle everything remotely with no issue.
Cons
Every so often I run into slowdowns when the system processes big coding scripts and that can be really annoying while I'm monitoring projects live. Although the overall interface is fairly user-friendly, some of the more advanced tools don't feel very interactive to me especially when I'm dealing with code. Integrating third-party tools can also be troublesome , I often have to perform extra configuration and deal with compatibility issues that crop up from time to time.

“Works well but hard to learn
Pros
Although the inventory module still has some glitches, I am impressed by how well the overall system functions. It continues to provide reliable, practical features that make my day-to-day work easier to manage.
Cons
using it can be pretty frustrating because the customer support team provides very little guidance when I reach out for help trying to figure things out.

“I did not like it!
Pros
Overall, it is good. However I feel like some features could be improved and made more user-friendly.
Cons
I am not a fan of Lightning. The work order module looks messy and unorganized. The purchase order module is fine but not being able to add an asset directly from a PO means extra work. Cycle counts are not great and I hate that I can't print a simple PDF list of items. Plus the invoice module needs serious improvements as it feels like you need an Eptura for Dummies book to figure it out. Reports are tough to create and the mobile version is missing key features. Overall, it still needs a lot of work to be truly user friendly.

“Too hard to get a quote, so no review
Pros
Well I found it much better than just using an Excel spreadsheet.
Cons
Well, I noticed that organizing lists by categories, types, or fields is very limited. Also making reports is not easy for the average user.

“Decent software, but the setup was frustrating
Pros
It has great features. I have been using it for over 10 years and recently switched from Classic to Lightning.
Cons
Getting in touch with a real person is nearly impossible. Our contact for setup takes days or even weeks to reply. Also we have been dealing with a ManagerPlus accounts payable issue for over six months now, and our original renewal quote was not honored leaving us with a $225 difference.

“Not something I would recommend
Pros
It was quite easy to learn once we could fully switch to the newer version without having to juggle Classic and the new one together.
Cons
Work orders and invoices are hard for customers to read. I cannot get odometer readings or repair concerns to show up on invoices, so I have to print both the work order and invoice just to get all the info in one place. It is frustrating. Plus the way work orders are displayed is confusing as each concern should have all its notes, parts and attachments in one section, but instead everything is collapsed, and you have to click into multiple areas just to see what was done. Assigning parts is a pain too. You cannot list the same part more than once, even if you need it for different areas, which causes duplicates. A simple highlight or flag would work but stopping it completely makes no sense. Searching past work orders is slow and I always have to keep 10 tabs open to switch between different areas. Also, if you add a note anywhere other than a work order, there should be a notification so people actually see it. Otherwise, how would anyone know it's there?

“Does a lot but help is slow
Pros
I value having a single place to store all of our records and the broader set of features it brings. Those extra tools genuinely change how we handle and organize our work.
Cons
It's been frustrating to get help when I need it and finding someone who can clearly answer my questions or resolve issues takes far too long and at times I feel like I'm left waiting with nothing happening.

“Nice, but customer support is poor
Pros
Tracking and managing assets is very easy, even across multiple locations. The purchase order feature helps us track part costs and keep inventory accurate. Plus using the mobile app for fueling logs makes it easy for us to track mileage and fuel records in real time.
Cons
The worst part of ManagerPlus is making reports. There is so much useful data stored in the system, but it is way too difficult to pull it into the reports we actually need. The report tool is easy to use but does not always have the info you want and the BI feature is very hard to navigate. Getting help from ManagerPlus for it is also nearly impossible.

“Good reports but bad inventory
Pros
Pulling the exact data I need and creating custom reports outside the app is easy and I find that extremely convenient. It saves me a lot of time when I'm compiling insights elsewhere.
Cons
the inventory module is full of bugs that make it frustrating and slow to use. So many issues crop up on a regular basis that I've lost count and it's become impossible to enumerate all the glitches here without writing a long list.
