everything at one place!

Pros

Keeping all of our resources in one centralized spot has been a real advantage for our team, since everyone can quickly locate what they need. The asset details and the breakdowns of work order costs give our managers and supervisors clear financial insights so they can make better budgeting decisions for different pieces of equipment. The platform is very interactive which helps keep folks engaged and actually encourages regular use.

Cons

I've found the support bot to be pretty unhelpful when I need quick answers. It would be much better to have a simple, easy-to-access FAQ or basic help section that covers common questions rather than relying on automated responses that don't always resolve the issue.

Not as good as before

Pros

I liked the older Manage Plus release more than this cloud based version, back then the interface felt a lot simpler and much easier for me to use

Cons

Their customer support is painfully slow , I wait ages to get any response. I'm also struggling to download data from my old Manager Plus installation and haven't received any assistance to migrate my previous system.

Great features with tough reports

Pros

What I appreciate is the control over assets and the reporting tools , they function exactly as I need them to. The inventory tracking and the reporting options are reliable as well. Because it's cloud-based, performance feels smoother and more responsive and I've never experienced any connectivity problems which is a major relief.

Cons

When it comes to BI reporting, I find it can be finicky to use although there are a few built-in reports, they usually feel too generic for what we require. Creating tailored reports demands more time and effort than I'm comfortable with.

Can't unlock its full potential

Pros

It automatically alerts our parts clerk when inventory runs low. Having every scheduled preventive maintenance item displayed in a single calendar view also makes it easy to find and quickly review everything.

Cons

What really frustrates me is the parts tracking , there's no way for me to indicate when an item is on order in the parts sheet. With more than 5,000 spare parts to manage, our parts clerk ends up guessing what's already been ordered whenever technicians ask about specific items. I found our old Excel setup easier because it had a column showing quantities on order and expected placement dates that anyone could check. Browser compatibility is another huge headache, the software struggles badly with Internet Explorer and behaves much better in Chrome but our IT department won't install Chrome across the board. I've been trying to rename over 600 scheduled PMs for three days, yet about half of my changes don't save correctly. Even when I follow the suggested approach of making 10-20 edits and saving frequently, I still lost more than an hour of work today due to persistent save errors.

Completely Disappointing Experience

Pros

I've tried looking for anything positive about this software and came up empty , it's genuinely the worst I've used in my experience and the customer support is equally awful, offering no help.

Cons

Completely broken and unreliable system , I honestly feel like they should just start over from scratch. I hate almost everything about this product and it's painfully clear the developers don't grasp how garage management software should work. In my use, nothing operates correctly and even the most basic functions like core work order features are missing or poorly implemented. I spent ages trying to get simple items such as mileage to appear on work orders, and even after all that effort it's still incorrect. When I go back to work orders later the details often disappear , it doesn't save properly, and data seems to vanish constantly. There is so much that's busted I couldn't possibly list it all here. Their customer support is basically useless, they respond rarely and when they do it never results in a fix. After two decades in the industry, this is by far the worst system I've run into. What makes it worse is that the old Manager Plus desktop product used to be excellent and this web replacement is night and day in a terrible way. Don't be misled by the old product's reputation and this new version is completely different and broken. I can only imagine the original developers would be furious seeing how this company has ruined what was once a solid product. Stay well away from this system or you'll regret the time and money lost. It's worth adding that the company has changed hands twice since launch and nothing has improved , same broken software, same awful support.

Powerful data but comes at a high price

Pros

I love that I can export the data as CSV and then pull it into whatever reporting or BI tool I use, it makes hooking up our analytics and reports so much easier and keeps everything flexible.

Cons

Price is really high and it could definitely be simplified. To be specific, many of our maintenance folks aren't very tech-savvy, so they struggle to figure things out and end up finding the interface unnecessarily complicated.

Great for dealerships

Pros

I'm never at a loss because the 'ask me' button up in the top, right is always visible whenever I want help, so guidance is just a click away.

Cons

the priority settings don't align with our real SLA needs. When something is classified as an emergency, I expect it to be handled within a few hours , say around five hours at most , but the lowest available priority still forces a one-day response which isn't acceptable for truly urgent tickets.

simple to use with confusing nav

Pros

It is easy to scroll through work requests and sort them by priority so I can focus on the things that need to be handled first.

Cons

I found it a bit confusing to use but after I spent some time figuring out how it works, I found everything became much more easy and easy to work with.

Tracks well & keep it simple

Pros

I am able to easily monitor work orders and keep myself informed about each one's progress throughout the entire process.

Cons

Rather than making the submission form complicated, I'd prefer to keep the submit work instruction simple and only prompt for the essential details.

Perfect for multi-site

Pros

love how smoothly it manages work orders and maintenance tickets, whether they're scheduled ahead of time or pop up unexpectedly. Having everything consolidated in one place is a huge help when I oversee several sites. The layout is simple to get around and whenever I've needed assistance the support crew has been consistently outstanding and quick to respond.

Cons

At times I wish a few specific features were included but whenever I contact support about those gaps I often learn the capability already exists, or they genuinely note my suggestions and consider them for upcoming releases which I appreciate.

Easy requests but hard search

Pros

the work order request process is incredibly easy and very userfriendly.

Cons

When I'm building a work order, I can only look up parts by their descriptions, there isn't an option to search by part number directly. Because of that, I end up exiting the work order, opening the parts area, locating the correct part number so I can retrieve the matching description, then I have to copy and paste that description back into the work order search. It's a really clunky, time-consuming process that interrupts my flow and makes my work much slower.

Pros

missing email-to-ticket forwarding

Pros

I'm really pleased with how interactive this program is , our staff can get started right away and don't need long, complicated training to begin entering tickets.

Cons

We aren't able to forward emails into the system as tickets and that makes it awkward when we're trying to efficiently keep track of customer problems.

good reports but missing floor plan links

Pros

I genuinely value being able to instantly pull up reports that identify which team members are excelling and which colleagues might benefit from a bit more guidance or support.

Cons

Not being able to see the floor plan while I'm creating work orders is frustrating because I have to hunt it down separately. I would also find it really helpful to pull up work, order histories for particular locations directly from the floor plan view.

Flexible but split up our deparments

Pros

the interactive elements are best part of this software, particularly the email alerts and the way attachments are managed. Linking work orders keeps processes moving without hiccups and the search feature is dependable. What I value most is how simple it is to use , bringing new team members up to speed is simple and I can pull it up on my phone, tablet or desktop through any browser with no problems.

Cons

We had to separate our facility's departments into multiple facilities just so the app would function for our setup. That workaround ends up causing real headaches whenever work orders span across different departments or areas, making coordination and tracking more complicated than it should be.

Team access is a game changer

Pros

our whole team can log in and keep tabs on repair and maintenance tasks together so nothing slips through the cracks. We're still in the middle of rolling it out across the board, yet it's already noticeably helped simplify and speed up our workflow. Overall, it's been excellent for tracking progress across the team.

Cons

Sometimes I find the reports area a bit awkward when I'm attempting to pull up older records, especially historical data. I'm confident we'll become more comfortable with it over time and learn how to tweak and customize reports to meet our needs more effectively.

Simple to use but hard to finish

Pros

it is easy to locate parts even when I only have a few details to go on. I also like that other team members can submit work order requests and once I approve them they get automatically created and assigned.

Cons

The process to close work orders feels a bit clunky and could certainly be simplified. I find the reporting to be reliable, yet the overall interface seems like it could be more user-friendly and interactive to use.

Pros

Submitting requests for repairs or maintenance feels reassuring because I don't have to worry about my message getting lost in someone's inbox , I find it easy and reliable.
