“Best support with limited options
Pros
I've found the support team to be absolutely incredible , they're extremely responsive and genuinely helpful. Whenever I contact them with questions or concerns they reply quickly and bring this upbeat, can do energy that makes collaborating with them genuinely enjoyable. What stands out to me is that they actually pay attention to my suggestions and follow through by addressing workflow problems I'm dealing with. The group reliably takes action on reported issues and I'm reassured that they'll keep approaching future challenges with the same high standard of care.
Cons
My biggest con is that the customization options feel a bit thin when I'm trying to personalize the user experience. The core system itself runs smoothly but I'd really like finer control over elements like notifications and other individual preferences. It's not a dealbreaker by any means, yet giving users more flexibility to tweak settings for their own workflows would significantly improve the overall experience for me.

“Works great but missing purchase orders

the interface is very friendly and picked it up quickly without dealing with a steep or time, consuming learning curve.
Cons
What frustrated me was the missing Purchase Order integration tied to work orders, while I could monitor work orders without issue, I still had to handle parts purchasing and invoicing entirely outside the platform which disrupted my workflow.

“Solid but surprisingly basic
Pros
Getting around the system is really easy for me and I rarely find myself confused by the layout or menus. Whenever I face an issue, the tech support team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful which gives me a lot of peace of mind. Unlimited document storage is a huge advantage , it allows me to keep every piece of asset information neatly organized in one central place without worrying about space limits. We don't need unlimited user accounts at the moment, yet it's comforting to know that option exists if our team expands. I also like the export feature because pulling data for custom reports is simple and reliable. Since the platform is web-based, I have access to everything I need from anywhere as long as I have an internet connection.
Cons
it feels a bit too rudimentary and there are very limited customization settings to adapt it to our workflows. I still run into occasional bugs when performing routine tasks which can be frustrating. The mobile app is definitely underdeveloped and needs significant improvement, particularly the barcode scanner feature that often fails to work reliably.

“Mel's training made it powerful
Pros
My training sessions with Mel Motoch were outstanding , she's remarkably supportive and walks me through things in a clear, precise way. She takes the time to ensure I grasp not just how particular features operate but also the logic behind them and how to apply them in practice. What astonishes me is the raw capability of this program. I'm still getting comfortable with all of its functions, yet I can already see enormous potential. There are a huge number of useful features and every new one I learn to use increases my appreciation for the software.
Cons
the older version is less interactive than I had expected, though upgrading to version 6 made the interface far easier to use and work with. Even so, I still notice some missing capabilities and there are a few additional features I'd really like to see implemented to improve the overall experience.

“Exactly what we needed!!
Pros
It has made running our maintenance program really easy for me. The layout is very simple and I like that it gives exactly what's necessary without forcing me to buy extra features I don't need. I also find the inventory management piece very handy , charging spare parts straight to work orders cuts down on time and helps me stay organized.
Cons
I'd like to be able to track my employees hours across defined time periods without needing to rely on or check work order status each time that enhancement would be extremely useful.

“replaced our old system with a user-friendly layout
Pros
After wrestling with our old system, which was a nightmare to use and offered almost no reporting tools, I was genuinely impressed by this platform. It went beyond every hope I had. The layout is so user-friendly that getting things done feels natural, the reporting options are top-notch and there's a flexible KPI dashboard and whenever I ran into questions during our migration, the support team responded quickly to help.

“Support made learning easy
Pros
The layout is so simple and I'm able to move through everything without any trouble. Whenever a question pops up for me, the support team responds kindly and very quickly to sort things out.
Cons
I've found that uploads sometimes run slowly and the barrage of email alerts becomes too much , they're constantly sending messages that fill up my inbox and create clutter.

The interface keeps our morning checks really simple and efficient especially when I'm working with scales and other everyday tasks.
Cons
there isn't a lot I actively dislike about it. A few sections could be a bit more interactive and I felt the onboarding process was somewhat rushed. My biggest frustration is the limited trainer availability whenever I try to book training, there are very few time slots to choose from. Because we're a production-heavy company with tight call schedules, it often seems like we have to rearrange our work to fit their openings instead of them fitting around our needs. It's annoying but not a dealbreaker, just areas that could definitely be improved.

“Centralized assets but missing report dates
Pros
What I like is that everything is centralized , all of our company's assets are housed in one place which makes monitoring and managing them together much more easy.
Cons
I can't get dates to display when I run reports, which is irritating since my boss needs precise dates on the work orders actually. The only way to view them now is to check each equipment's history instead of creating a proper report. If there is a way to include dates in reports, I'd really appreciate someone contacting me to explain how, please.

“Excellent Tool for Service Management
Pros
Honestly, I love how easy it is to move around in and put into action. The whole interface comes across as very interactive, so getting up and running turned out to be much simpler than I expected. What truly catches my attention is the support team , they're super responsive and make a point of checking back regularly to ensure everything continues to work as it should. The quality of service and the care they take with details from the support staff has been remarkable.
Cons

Our unlimited-user option is brilliant and we have so many part-time employees spread across multiple branches and each director has their personal login. The interface is clear and simple, and I find using it really easy.
Cons
I'd love if it could send text alerts when new work-order requests come in. Also, we definitely could have used more hands-on guidance during the initial setup of rooms and equipment to get everything organized properly.

“Great system but limited for my region

What I like most is that it's a web-based solution with really strong links between the different modules which makes moving between tasks feel natural. The layout is simple to get around, and I've come to rely on it daily because it's proved so dependable. Setup was carried out in a very professional way and the support after go,live has been excellent, which I value a lot. The cloud platform itself runs smoothly and the connectivity tools keep my processes flowing without friction. It's interactive and trustworthy , I seldom run into problems. Installation was easy and the customer service team has been fantastic whenever I needed help. Because it's online I can access it from anywhere and those inter-module connections actually work well in practice. quite hard to use for me and overall it feels like a solid, reliable piece of software. The initial onboarding was thorough and the ongoing support has remained impressive.
Cons
I did face a single server outage which made me a bit uneasy. The fact that all the training materials are only available in English is a real limitation for our Latin American operations , team members need pretty strong English skills to make the most of it. It also depends on having good internet bandwidth to function smoothly, so in places with weak connections performance can suffer. On top of that, I noticed it doesn't include some international, standard KPIs such as MTF which would be helpful for reporting and benchmarking in our region.

“Solid choice for diverse facility management
Pros
the onboarding team was extremely supportive , they set everything up for me exactly right. They simplified the process of filing maintenance tickets so much that someone with no maintenance experience could pick it up in about five minutes and submit location-tagged requests with zero issue.
Cons
I wish they offered a mobile app that supports push notifications. Signal at our job sites is unreliable, so trying to use the web portal on my phone is often a pain. Most technicians aren't stationed at computers during the day which means they're left to monitor email for any updates , not ideal. If push alerts could queue and trigger once they're back on Wi-Fi, we wouldn't have to make so many runs between the field and the office and it would align communication a lot.

Cons
adding new items seems a bit awkward and clumsy and I've faceed several bugs in the reporting tools especially when I try to extract older records for particular date ranges, pulling historical data with exact dates often fails or returns incorrect results.
