“Ease of use and great support

Pros

Ease of use combined with great customer care stands out and I never feel bounced around or passed off when I call or email because the team always understands my issue and resolves it efficiently.

Cons

Honestly my only gripe is that the flag colors were changed and now they look kind of washed out which I really dislike. They feel faint and lose the visual punch they used to have. Also, I'd love to see a green option added, I realize that sounds petty and overly aesthetic and I know it's a small thing but I'm just being upfront about what bugs me.

After reviewing several options, what drew me in most was how easy it is to use and how quickly I can find the information I need and I especially appreciated the mass data download that cut our implementation time in half.

After two years of using the system, I honestly have no complaints or cons to point out.

The platform feels refreshingly simple and I like that unlimited users allow even entry-level technicians on my team to access it without creating constant budget concerns.

The main limitation I've noticed is the lack of manual custom report creation although I rely on customer service for any advanced reporting while the rest of the tools meet my needs.

Calling in before working hours still resulted in a quick response and I appreciated how clearly and courteously my questions were handled, even for settings I wasn't familiar with.

Since adopting the system, I've seen a major improvement in how our maintenance team operates, with less downtime and a stronger focus on preventive work rather than reactive fixes.

Setting everything up does take time in my experience but once I invest that effort and provide proper information, everything runs smoothly.
