Pros
Automatic generation, traceability and data collection have eliminated paper for me and I value being able to access everything easily from desktop, tablet or phone.
Cons
In certain environments where devices can't be carried, I've found technicians may need extra trips to complete PMs though I can print checklists and update them later electronically.

Cons
There are an excessive number of tabs scattered throughout, and initially, it was challenging to determine which tabs led to the desired destinations. Additionally, locating and generating reports posed some difficulties.

Pros
What impresses me the most about eWorkOrders is its intuitive interface and seamless navigation. Troubleshooting issues are easy now. The team is always prompt and helpful in their responses.
Cons
The only issue I'm not fond of is that when a query is too large, it automatically logs me out, requiring me to attempt again.

Setting up assets and PMs is now very simple, following the established configuration. This software greatly facilitates the smooth operation of our department. The customer service is outstanding, highly knowledgeable, and always provides live phone support (with quick email replies).
Cons
Nothing. eWorks assists us in maintaining organization and consolidating all information in one convenient location.

Our employees find this system extremely easy to use, and it helps us efficiently track their work orders and the technicians servicing the equipment. While we don't utilize all its features, such as tracking payroll hours or overtime, it effectively meets our needs as a team of three technicians managing 69 sites with various types of equipment, primarily in kitchen settings. Whenever I encounter any issues, particularly with reports, the customer service is exceptional friendly, patient, and always ready to demonstrate better ways to achieve my goals, considering my limited knowledge of computer programs.
Cons
Except for the beginning, when I attempted to perform tasks without a clear understanding, I haven't encountered any problems.

I had prior experience with the system at another facility where I provided consultation. The setup and general maintenance of the system are easy to handle. It offers numerous features typically found in high-cost solutions, and regular updates and enhancements are introduced. Cons
In my experience, the 75-character limit on item descriptions has been somewhat problematic, along with the restriction of not being able to use the same description for items in different stockrooms or locations. However, there is a workaround available.

The ability to add pictures to requests works well for me and I also like the large selection of predesigned reports, the mobile app's ease of use and the overall design of the query feature.
Cons
Some limitations I experience include fields not auto-populating, creating a work order from a failed PM feeling tough and not being able to automatically send a spot buy ticket to a vendor.
