Pros
eWorkOrders is simple to use, easy to navigate, and has excellent customer support. My staff has had no issues learning the mobile system, which has significantly increased work efficiency. The cloud-based service saves IT costs and provides access anytime, anywhere. I highly recommend the software.

Pros
The software is easy to use for both technical and non-technical personnel. It offers easy configuration, personalization, and customization. Implementations are easy and fast, meeting our PM and Demand Work Order needs out of the box. The on-call developer team provides immediate service for custom requests and tech support. It is less expensive than other CMMS, and maintenance teams can access historical data and manuals from their phones and iPads. The web-based system is accessible from all devices, with instant notifications and advanced preventive maintenance reminders. The hundreds of standard reports, KPIs, metrics, analytics, and dashboards are all customizable. No coding is required for personalization, and how-to videos are embedded in each module's help section. The streamlined modules allow for rapid information retrieval, accommodating and responding to customer requests quickly. Predictive maintenance technologies, such as meters, are also available.
Cons
The system currently doesn't support foreign languages (although the Work Order request page can be created in any language). Additionally, the mobile version is not accessible offline (without internet/Wi-Fi/mobile access).

Pros
I'm impressed by the swift and seamless usability of eWorkOrders, benefiting both those who submit work orders and the maintenance technicians. Communication, scheduling, and record-keeping in maintenance have always posed difficulties in our facility, but eWorkOrders has successfully tackled this obstacle. The transition from our previous CMMS to eWorkOrders was effortless and seamless. This software provides excellent worth, fulfilling our present and future requirements.

Pros
As a cloud-based solution, there's no physical overhead, and it's accessible from anywhere, regardless of the platform.
Cons
The initial setup and configuration were challenging until I got very familiar with the product. However, the e-WorkOrders support team is fantastic to work with and helps resolve any issues.

I've been using eWorkOrders for 10 years. When our previous software became outdated and difficult to use, I found eWorkOrders. After speaking with their representative and seeing how easy it was to customize, I knew it was the software I needed. I've never looked back. If I have a question or need something added, they help me in any way possible. They have a fantastic team. The ease of use, customization options, and so much more are why I've stayed with them for so long. I hope to be a customer for many more years.
Cons

Pros
What we like best about eWorkOrders is how easy it is for our employees to open new work orders. The interface is very intuitive.
Cons
Our only issue is that, as a cloud-based system, we can't use it during internet or power outages, which is true for all cloud-based systems.

The support and capability to meet our needs worldwide are impressive. Our business isn't located in the USA, so reporting varies by country. eWorkOrders has provided proper responses for all our needs, meeting 100% of our expectations so far.
Cons
We face challenges with equipment needing Wi-Fi. They are developing a solution, and meanwhile, we are upgrading to use sim cards from local cellphone companies to solve this problem.

The setup was easy, and the customer service was excellent. We evaluated several CMMS packages before choosing eWorkOrders. We needed a program we could quickly set up to meet regulatory requirements. eWorkOrders supported us with training and setup, helping us meet our deadline and get fully operational.

The relationships are unified throughout the user interface, connecting assets, people, and equipment, making queries intuitive and simple. Creating new areas, employees, or assets by copying existing ones with common attributes and making minimal changes is easy.
Cons
The interface needs some rounded edges and a cleaner look; it feels a bit outdated like Windows 3.11.
