Exceptional customer support

Pros

One thing I appreciate about this tool is the exceptional customer support. versatile asset management

Pros

Best value for facilities

Pros

Hands down the best bang for the buck I've found. I've rolled it out across both large-scale and smaller facilities and in my experience it fits each environment really well, delivering great value no matter the size.

Efficient operations improvement

Pros

We've seen a major improvement in how we operate since adopting it. The interface is convenient and my team needed very little training to become comfortable with it. Because of that, it has helped us cut down on both time and costs by making our processes more efficient. Automated workflows for work orders have lowered mistakes and kept things moving smoothly and the appliance tracking feature makes diagnosing issues and ordering parts quick and easy. Our staff can handle work orders with confidence now. The around-the-clock tenant portal has really improved communication, sped up our response times and increased tenant satisfaction which makes this tool indispensable for our property management business. On top of that, it leads the field in cyber security ratings and their customer support is outstanding.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of any drawbacks, we value everything this system provides. It contains all the features we require to operate our company smoothly and productively so there really aren't any cons that come to mind.

Comprehensive equipment monitoring

Pros

We manage a property with lots of equipment and systems that vary widely in age. This software lets us keep track of each unit's age, repairs, warranty details and routine maintenance. Because of that visibility, we've been able to head off issues before they escalate, cutting downtime and avoiding costly replacements.

Cons

Nothing to report so far. The app is feasible to use and we're genuinely pleased with it. I don't have any complaints at this point.

User-friendly work orders

Pros

I've found it extremely user-friendly and we were able to begin issuing work orders and capturing data right away. The data it holds has been incredibly useful, the mapping feature is superb and I really appreciate the wide range of reporting options available.

Cons

My only real frustration is the way PMs are created. Every single asset needs to be added individually into a PM which makes the process slow and tedious. I would love to see bulk-add capabilities and a way to schedule many PMs at once rather than doing them one-by-one.

Ease of use and great support

Pros

Ease of use combined with great customer care stands out and I never feel bounced around or passed off when I call or email because the team always understands my issue and resolves it efficiently.

Cons

Honestly my only gripe is that the flag colors were changed and now they look kind of washed out which I really dislike. They feel faint and lose the visual punch they used to have. Also, I'd love to see a green option added, I realize that sounds petty and overly aesthetic and I know it's a small thing but I'm just being upfront about what bugs me.

Great program to help run our campus

Setting up assets and PMs is now very simple, following the established configuration. This software greatly facilitates the smooth operation of our department. Our employees find this system extremely easy to use, and it helps us efficiently track their work orders and the technicians servicing the equipment. While we don't utilize all its features, such as tracking payroll hours or overtime, it effectively meets our needs as a team of three technicians managing 69 sites with various types of equipment, primarily in kitchen settings. Whenever I encounter any issues, particularly with reports, the customer service is exceptional friendly, patient, and always ready to demonstrate better ways to achieve my goals, considering my limited knowledge of computer programs.

Cons

Except for the beginning, when I attempted to perform tasks without a clear understanding, I haven't encountered any problems.

CMMS - A Major Decision

Pros

I had prior experience with the system at another facility where I provided consultation. The setup and general maintenance of the system are easy to handle. It offers numerous features typically found in high-cost solutions, and regular updates and enhancements are introduced. Our IT department expressed satisfaction with the system's integration into our facility.

Pros

The level of customer support and IT assistance we received for custom work requests was exceptional. The personnel at eWorkOrders are knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

In my experience, the 75-character limit on item descriptions has been somewhat problematic, along with the restriction of not being able to use the same description for items in different stockrooms or locations. However, there is a workaround available.

Visual requests and reporting

Pros

The ability to add pictures to requests works well for me and I also like the large selection of predesigned reports, the mobile app's ease of use and the overall design of the query feature.

Cons

Some limitations I experience include fields not auto-populating, creating a work order from a failed PM feeling tough and not being able to automatically send a spot buy ticket to a vendor.

Great option with great support

Pros

There isn't a single standout feature in eWorkOrders that I would attribute my recommendation to. Instead, it's the flexibility it offers, which perfectly suits our small utility. That's not to say it wouldn't work on a larger scale. Its ease of use depends on the person configuring it and their ability to collaborate with the eWorkOrders staff. An open-minded and adaptable approach is crucial. While there is always a learning curve, our staff quickly adapted to it.

Cons

The flexibility can sometimes be a double-edged sword. If users discover that things can be manipulated, they may request tailored modifications. I consider this more of a management issue than a genuine drawback, although it could be perceived as one by some. Another common complaint is the lack of true offline remote usage. However, our staff excels at thinking outside the box, and we may not be utilizing the product in the intended manner. Again, this is not a drawback for us, but it might be for others.

The best we have found!

Huge Difference to our Maintenance Department

It stands out for its user-friendly interface, excellent contact relationship management, seamless work assignment, and effortless invoicing/billing capabilities.

Cons

The ease of generating reports and searching for work orders is commendable. However, there is no provision for creating custom queries for SQL users. We are unable to search by specific work order numbers when we have a list of particular ones. It would be helpful if we could simply input the work order numbers directly.
