Our employees find this system extremely easy to use, and it helps us efficiently track their work orders and the technicians servicing the equipment. While we don't utilize all its features, such as tracking payroll hours or overtime, it effectively meets our needs as a team of three technicians managing 69 sites with various types of equipment, primarily in kitchen settings. Whenever I encounter any issues, particularly with reports, the customer service is exceptional friendly, patient, and always ready to demonstrate better ways to achieve my goals, considering my limited knowledge of computer programs.
Cons
Except for the beginning, when I attempted to perform tasks without a clear understanding, I haven't encountered any problems.

There isn't a single standout feature in eWorkOrders that I would attribute my recommendation to. Instead, it's the flexibility it offers, which perfectly suits our small utility. That's not to say it wouldn't work on a larger scale. Its ease of use depends on the person configuring it and their ability to collaborate with the eWorkOrders staff. An open-minded and adaptable approach is crucial. While there is always a learning curve, our staff quickly adapted to it.
Cons
The flexibility can sometimes be a double-edged sword. If users discover that things can be manipulated, they may request tailored modifications. I consider this more of a management issue than a genuine drawback, although it could be perceived as one by some. Another common complaint is the lack of true offline remote usage. However, our staff excels at thinking outside the box, and we may not be utilizing the product in the intended manner. Again, this is not a drawback for us, but it might be for others.

The initial setup and implementation were super fast, and customer support quickly resolved any questions. Even if price was no object, I would still use eWorkOrders. I have customized it without issue and regularly train new people. Fantastic software and customer service!

There are very few drawbacks. I would suggest incorporating a picture and document function into the original package, with the option to charge for additional storage beyond a certain limit. It would also be beneficial to have a color option for text in the work order, allowing for highlighting or bolding important information. Furthermore, adding a lock function to the notes would prevent unauthorized changes to notes and dates, serving as a safeguard. That's about it.

I find it very easy to use. After trying three major CMMS software systems, this is the best one by far. I've been using it since mid-2015. Their customer support is great, with hundreds of reports to choose from, and they will build custom reports if needed.
Cons
Surprisingly, I can't find any issues with their product. I utilize a combination of standard reports, custom reports, and extensive data manipulation once I extract the data from the database (e.g., downloading data in Excel format, sorting, pivoting, graphing, and generating PDF reports).

The web-based system is accessible from all devices, with instant notifications and advanced preventive maintenance reminders. The hundreds of standard reports, KPIs, metrics, analytics, and dashboards are all customizable. No coding is required for personalization, and how-to videos are embedded in each module's help section. While we don't utilize all its features, such as tracking payroll hours or overtime, it effectively meets our needs as a team of three technicians managing 69 sites with various types of equipment, primarily in kitchen settings. Whenever I encounter any issues, particularly with reports, the customer service is exceptional friendly, patient, and always ready to demonstrate better ways to achieve my goals, considering my limited knowledge of computer programs.

Except for the beginning, when I attempted to perform tasks without a clear understanding, I haven't encountered any problems.

There isn't a single standout feature in eWorkOrders that I would attribute my recommendation to. Instead, it's the flexibility it offers, which perfectly suits our small utility. That's not to say it wouldn't work on a larger scale. Its ease of use depends on the person configuring it and their ability to collaborate with the eWorkOrders staff. An open-minded and adaptable approach is crucial. While there is always a learning curve, our staff quickly adapted to it.
Cons
The flexibility can sometimes be a double-edged sword. If users discover that things can be manipulated, they may request tailored modifications. I consider this more of a management issue than a genuine drawback, although it could be perceived as one by some. Another common complaint is the lack of true offline remote usage. However, our staff excels at thinking outside the box, and we may not be utilizing the product in the intended manner. Again, this is not a drawback for us, but it might be for others.

There are very few drawbacks. I would suggest incorporating a picture and document function into the original package, with the option to charge for additional storage beyond a certain limit. It would also be beneficial to have a color option for text in the work order, allowing for highlighting or bolding important information. Furthermore, adding a lock function to the notes would prevent unauthorized changes to notes and dates, serving as a safeguard. That's about it.

I find it very easy to use. After trying three major CMMS software systems, this is the best one by far. I've been using it since mid-2015. Their customer support is great, with hundreds of reports to choose from, and they will build custom reports if needed.
Cons
Surprisingly, I can't find any issues with their product. I utilize a combination of standard reports, custom reports, and extensive data manipulation once I extract the data from the database (e.g., downloading data in Excel format, sorting, pivoting, graphing, and generating PDF reports).
