We've seen a major improvement in how we operate since adopting it. The interface is convenient and my team needed very little training to become comfortable with it. Because of that, it has helped us cut down on both time and costs by making our processes more efficient. Automated workflows for work orders have lowered mistakes and kept things moving smoothly and the appliance tracking feature makes diagnosing issues and ordering parts quick and easy. Our staff can handle work orders with confidence now. The around-the-clock tenant portal has really improved communication, sped up our response times and increased tenant satisfaction which makes this tool indispensable for our property management business. On top of that, it leads the field in cyber security ratings and their customer support is outstanding.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of any drawbacks, we value everything this system provides. It contains all the features we require to operate our company smoothly and productively so there really aren't any cons that come to mind.

My only real frustration is the way PMs are created. Every single asset needs to be added individually into a PM which makes the process slow and tedious. I would love to see bulk-add capabilities and a way to schedule many PMs at once rather than doing them one-by-one.

Ease of use combined with great customer care stands out and I never feel bounced around or passed off when I call or email because the team always understands my issue and resolves it efficiently.

Honestly my only gripe is that the flag colors were changed and now they look kind of washed out which I really dislike. They feel faint and lose the visual punch they used to have. Also, I'd love to see a green option added, I realize that sounds petty and overly aesthetic and I know it's a small thing but I'm just being upfront about what bugs me.

An open-minded and adaptable approach is crucial. While there is always a learning curve, our staff quickly adapted to it.

The flexibility can sometimes be a double-edged sword. If users discover that things can be manipulated, they may request tailored modifications. I consider this more of a management issue than a genuine drawback, although it could be perceived as one by some. Another common complaint is the lack of true offline remote usage. However, our staff excels at thinking outside the box, and we may not be utilizing the product in the intended manner. Again, this is not a drawback for us, but it might be for others.
