Pros

The customer support is excellent. "How to" videos included in the software make it easier to get started.

Cons

Understanding how the different parts integrate took some time, but it gets easier with use.

Eworkorders review

Pros

I've been using eWorkOrders for 10 years. When our previous software became outdated and difficult to use, I found eWorkOrders. After speaking with their representative and seeing how easy it was to customize, I knew it was the software I needed. I've never looked back. If I have a question or need something added, they help me in any way possible. They have a fantastic team. The ease of use, customization options, and so much more are why I've stayed with them for so long. I hope to be a customer for many more years.

Cons

I have no complaints about eWorkOrders. Their ability to meet my specific needs is excellent.

eWork Orders keeps us on task

Pros

What we like best about eWorkOrders is how easy it is for our employees to open new work orders. The interface is very intuitive.

Cons

Our only issue is that, as a cloud-based system, we can't use it during internet or power outages, which is true for all cloud-based systems.

eworks came in a very critical time for our maintenance service

Pros

The support and capability to meet our needs worldwide are impressive. Our business isn't located in the USA, so reporting varies by country. eWorkOrders has provided proper responses for all our needs, meeting 100% of our expectations so far.

Cons

We face challenges with equipment needing Wi-Fi. They are developing a solution, and meanwhile, we are upgrading to use sim cards from local cellphone companies to solve this problem.

eWorkOrders review

Pros

The setup was easy, and the customer service was excellent. We evaluated several CMMS packages before choosing eWorkOrders. We needed a program we could quickly set up to meet regulatory requirements. eWorkOrders supported us with training and setup, helping us meet our deadline and get fully operational.

Cons

The software didn't come with robots to do the work... Seriously, it's a well-designed solution.

Pros

Price was a top consideration, followed by ease of use. We've had the software for more than five years, and its reliability has exceeded our expectations, as has the customer service. Any issues we've encountered were resolved by the next business day.

Cons

The desktop interface could use an update, and some reports could benefit from clearer descriptions.

Easy to use

Pros

The relationships are unified throughout the user interface, connecting assets, people, and equipment, making queries intuitive and simple. Creating new areas, employees, or assets by copying existing ones with common attributes and making minimal changes is easy.

Cons

The interface needs some rounded edges and a cleaner look; it feels a bit outdated like Windows 3.11.

Taking Control of the Chaos

Customer focused, excellent customer service, easy to use, customization is awesome.

Pros

The software engineers built me an automated work order system. Originally, I managed issues through email alerts from another company. My partner company linked the alert emails to eWorkOrders. Now, I wake up with a dashboard that gives a quick snapshot of what needs to be repaired. The eWorkOrders team made that customization possible.

Cons

I have no problems with this software. It has streamlined my work and saved me a lot of man-hours.

Pros

For the end user, it provides a quick solution to their needs, requiring only a few minutes to issue a work order. Our maintenance team uses eWorkOrders as the basis for their daily morning meetings and work scheduling.

Convenient cloud-based software
