“Extremely user-friendly platform
Pros
What stands out to me is how extremely easy and user friendly it is and I really appreciate that it includes everything I need in a CMMS along with excellent customer service whenever I ask for help.
Cons
I honestly can't come up with any dislikes, as everything about the it software has worked great for me.

One feature I personally value is the automated notifications and reminders, as I no longer have to chase technicians or worry about missed deadlines because everyone stays informed automatically.
Cons

“Visual requests and reporting
Pros
The ability to add pictures to requests works well for me and I also like the large selection of predesigned reports, the mobile app's ease of use and the overall design of the query feature.
Cons
Some limitations I experience include fields not auto-populating, creating a work order from a failed PM feeling tough and not being able to automatically send a spot buy ticket to a vendor.

Neither my staff nor I found any shortcomings, and we were pleased with the program. As we expanded and sought a comprehensive solution, we needed a platform that could handle financial transactions and lease signing, among other things.

“Great option with great support
Pros
There isn't a single standout feature in eWorkOrders that I would attribute my recommendation to. Instead, it's the flexibility it offers, which perfectly suits our small utility. That's not to say it wouldn't work on a larger scale. Its ease of use depends on the person configuring it and their ability to collaborate with the eWorkOrders staff. An open-minded and adaptable approach is crucial. While there is always a learning curve, our staff quickly adapted to it.
Cons
The flexibility can sometimes be a double-edged sword. If users discover that things can be manipulated, they may request tailored modifications. I consider this more of a management issue than a genuine drawback, although it could be perceived as one by some. Another common complaint is the lack of true offline remote usage. However, our staff excels at thinking outside the box, and we may not be utilizing the product in the intended manner. Again, this is not a drawback for us, but it might be for others.

Pros
I particularly love how effortless it is for tenants to report problems, including attaching pictures, and the instant notifications and work order queues it generates. Having access to this functionality on both my phone and computer is fantastic!

It stands out for its user-friendly interface, excellent contact relationship management, seamless work assignment, and effortless invoicing/billing capabilities.
Cons
The ease of generating reports and searching for work orders is commendable. However, there is no provision for creating custom queries for SQL users. We are unable to search by specific work order numbers when we have a list of particular ones. It would be helpful if we could simply input the work order numbers directly.
