“EWORKORDERS REVIEW”
Pros
Whether managing general work orders, PM, assets, or tracking, the system is easy to use. We love the entire system, having used it for 14 years. It surpasses any other CMMS software I've encountered.
Cons
I genuinely have no complaints about eWork Orders. If there's ever a problem or a feature I want to add, their tech support is absolutely outstanding.

“eWorkOrders - a very good CMMS and a good value”
Pros
I can easily import and upload information. Being a cloud-based solution, I can access eWorkOrders from anywhere. The Work Request portal allows anyone to enter a request. The online training modules and checklist capabilities are excellent for tracking inspections, and the query and reporting options are very responsive.
Cons
The initial PM setup was somewhat confusing, particularly when it came to assigning assets to the PM. However, the online training video has been improved to simplify the process and enhance comprehension.

“Very Intuitive and Snappy Work Order System”
Pros
The system is quick, efficient, and intuitive. My favorite part is the reports; I can get custom reports made with just a phone call.
Cons
It doesn't work well for tracking fleet vehicle mileage and parts.

“Best product available for the money”
Pros
Creating and monitoring work orders is intuitive and valuable. The ability to verify completed work and parts used is priceless. The inventory and purchase orders are also intuitive, allowing me to track on-hand inventory and its flow effectively.
Cons
The system should include the ability to accurately account for received items when dealing with incomplete shipments and entering purchase orders. Currently, there is no provision for partial item counts (e.g., Received 2 of 3) on the purchase order record in the case of a partial receipt. However...

“eWorkOrder Review”
Pros
The software was almost plug-and-play for me. We spent about a month uploading our assets and PM procedures, and once the checklists and PMs were set up, we were fully operational.
Cons
It would be ideal if it had an interface with our ERP software. Unfortunately, our ERP software is quite outdated. Having that integration would have increased the likelihood of us adding the purchasing module to our package.

“A Chevy Corvette in a Ford Focus package”
Pros
This software is easy to use and covers all our needs. It runs our business flawlessly and offers great value for the cost. The initial setup and implementation were super fast, and customer support quickly resolved any questions. Even if price was no object, I would still use eWorkOrders. I have customized it without issue and regularly train new people. Fantastic software and customer service!
Cons
There are very few drawbacks. I would suggest incorporating a picture and document function into the original package, with the option to charge for additional storage beyond a certain limit. It would also be beneficial to have a color option for text in the work order, allowing for highlighting or bolding important information. Furthermore, adding a lock function to the notes would prevent unauthorized changes to notes and dates, serving as a safeguard. That's about it.

“Why choose eWorkOrders? It's the best one I found!”
Pros
I find it very easy to use. After trying three major CMMS software systems, this is the best one by far. I've been using it since mid-2015. Their customer support is great, with hundreds of reports to choose from, and they will build custom reports if needed.
Cons
Surprisingly, I can't find any issues with their product. I utilize a combination of standard reports, custom reports, and extensive data manipulation once I extract the data from the database (e.g., downloading data in Excel format, sorting, pivoting, graphing, and generating PDF reports).

“Most Cost Effective and Easy to use CMMS on the Market”
Pros
I appreciate the ability to create multiple workflows and GMP features, along with extensive self-administration capabilities and no hidden costs.
Cons
I can't say anything negative! If I had to choose one thing, it would be the inability to replace their logo with my company's logo. Currently, both logos are displayed on the working pages.

We love the flexibility and power of eWorkOrders. Once the system is set up, detailed work orders are automatically generated. Additionally, as work orders are completed, new ones can be created to address any unfinished items. The software facilitates excellent communication in our decentralized organization, ensuring timely completion and quality products for our customers.

“A great product”
Pros
This is a great product for mid-sized facilities management. I've used it at two different organizations and have been very satisfied with both the product and their support.
Cons
Due to the extensive configurability of the database, it's beneficial to have a good understanding of the user's expectations before setting up the program. Support from the developer was crucial in this regard.

Pros
The cloud-based application runs on every device, offering easy and flexible reporting. I can save documentation in the cloud and expand tasks beyond maintenance, such as sanitation.
Cons
Some of the reports couldn't be directly exported to PDF; I had to save them as PDFs, but it's not a major issue.

“Essential Business Improvement”
Pros
The software is easy to use for both technical and non-technical personnel. It offers easy configuration, personalization, and customization. Implementations are easy and fast, meeting our PM and Demand Work Order needs out of the box. The on-call developer team provides immediate service for custom requests and tech support. It is less expensive than other CMMS, and maintenance teams can access historical data and manuals from their phones and iPads. The web-based system is accessible from all devices, with instant notifications and advanced preventive maintenance reminders. The hundreds of standard reports, KPIs, metrics, analytics, and dashboards are all customizable. No coding is required for personalization, and how-to videos are embedded in each module's help section. The streamlined modules allow for rapid information retrieval, accommodating and responding to customer requests quickly. Predictive maintenance technologies, such as meters, are also available.
Cons
The system currently doesn't support foreign languages (although the Work Order request page can be created in any language). Additionally, the mobile version is not accessible offline (without internet/Wi-Fi/mobile access).

“eWorkorders review from our maintenance department”
Pros
I'm impressed by the swift and seamless usability of eWorkOrders, benefiting both those who submit work orders and the maintenance technicians. Communication, scheduling, and record-keeping in maintenance have always posed difficulties in our facility, but eWorkOrders has successfully tackled this obstacle. The transition from our previous CMMS to eWorkOrders was effortless and seamless. This software provides excellent worth, fulfilling our present and future requirements.
