Navigating Facilitron feels very simple because pages load quickly and everything is laid out in a well-organized way. The tabs make sense so getting around the system is simple and efficient.
Cons
Communication with site owners could use more functionality. Right now, it feels pretty limited and the comment box seems to be one of the only ways to interact.

Looking back at my past bill, I realized I had been charged a large amount that I should never have been billed for. I hadn't noticed it earlier but now that I have, I'm extremely upset and may need to pursue legal action over it.
Cons
My experience with this company has been extremely bad. They charged me a significant amount of money even though the venue had denied my request and another agent still told me those charges were valid. After reviewing an old bill, I discovered I had been billed far more than I should have been. This situation is completely unacceptable and I may have to take legal action and more.

Honestly there was nothing positive about this experience. I reserved the venue and paid ahead of time but no one showed up so I couldn't use the space at all.
Cons
When it was time for my event, nobody came to open the facility which left us unable to get in and use the venue.

Pros
After using Facilitron for the past few years, I can say it has been a really solid platform overall. The one issue is that some school districts do not always keep their calendars updated so a date may appear open when it actually is not. Still, having the photos and pricing displayed upfront is something I really appreciate. It makes reserving spaces much more convenient.
Cons
The biggest frustration is that availability is not always accurate. Aside from that, it is a really good system.

Using this software feels very simple. The transparent calendars make it simple for employees to reach out to one another directly which helps a lot when trying to resolve scheduling conflicts or plan around another event.
Cons

Updating details like dates, customer names and other changes can be done very quickly which is really convenient.
Cons
There really aren't any major issues since we got the approval process sorted out. The only challenge is that to add CDC/ECE sites, we have to enter every facility first in order to use the paperless permit system.

Having everything on a single page has been a big plus..there's no need to print records anymore. All the notes and correspondence stay right inside the permit which keeps everything together and much easier to manage.
Cons
It took a few months to get all of my permits organized and set up in a way that made processing simple but now I really love using the software.

Pros
At this point, we finally have one district-wide system that works for everyone. Fees are standardized across the board so no individual school can charge something different from the others. We're also starting to see the impact of schools being held accountable for their rentals which has been a really positive change.
Cons
One ongoing challenge is that end users still need a lot of hand-holding. I do think that will decrease over time but right now there always seems to be some issue that needs our attention.

Pros
Being able to see and manage facility reservations in one place has been really convenient. The customer service team is excellent and having all district sites visible at the same time is a huge plus. The calendar filters also make it simple to narrow things down to specific sites and venues when needed.
Cons
I'd still love to see is all vendors using Facilitron, even when they aren't the primary person handling the facility reservation. We can already upload documentation from additional vendors for an event which is fantastic but having a single place where every vendor could go would make the process even better. Hopefully that gets added in the future.
