“User-friendly training advantage”
Pros
One thing that really works well with FacilityONE is how user-friendly it is, even for people who aren't very computer savvy. Getting new team members trained doesn't take long because the software is simple to use.
Cons
On the admin side my biggest frustration is the converter tool. Because of restrictions from our IS department on what can be installed on a computer, I don't have the required Java version to run it. It would be much better if this were updated to work with a newer version of Java.

Pros
The platform is simple enough that our staff has become just as engaged with its functionality as management is which says a lot about how usable it is.
Cons
The search tools and reporting features are so powerful that it's easy to lose time exploring everything they're capable of doing.

Pros
Having SMARTPRINT combined with the work order system makes it possible for facility teams to do more than just monitor maintenance and staff. From virtually anywhere, they can pull up drawings tied to equipment, work orders and service history right from the palm of their hand.
Cons
Connection from a work order to the related equipment on the drawings could feel more smooth. Also, once the UNITY platform is fully refined, it should give facility teams even stronger control over their equipment, assets, work orders, employees and overall facilities.

Our team relies heavily on two standout parts of this software: the SmartPrint interactive floor plans and the work order management system. Both have become essential to how we handle daily operations. FacilityONE also backs the product with excellent customer support, from the initial setup and training to continued education, ongoing help and attentive customer care. The platform is powerful, practical and well suited for everyday operational needs and I believe most organizations would be very happy with what it offers.
Cons
The system is updated regularly to improve navigation but those changes can occasionally cause some frustration for users while they adjust.
