Pros
FlowPath has streamlined our work order submission and execution processes. It has given our management team more flexibility and improved communication with vendors and customers.
Cons
There isn't much to dislike; we've encountered minor issues while working with the software, but the tech team has swiftly resolved them.

“Great product!
Pros
FlowPath has been a game-changer for our company. The software design is intuitive and easy to learn. One of my favorite features is the ability to link images and invoices directly to work orders. Customizing the Table view per user's needs is also a standout feature.
Cons
The only feature I'd like to see added is a room field.

Pros
I love how efficient it is to work within the system. Compared to another CMMS platform, there's less clicking and navigating through screens, which suits us much better.
Cons
For us, we essentially need the software to function as both a dispatching system and a CMMS platform. So, there's some functionality lacking in that area. It's not a negative for the software itself but more about how we need to use it.

“Workorder and Equipment management with ease.
Pros
FlowPath simplifies the work order lifecycle with optional QR code submissions and automatic status updates sent to the submitter. It provides clear tracking of repair statuses and costs, which is unmatched.
Cons
The least favorite field? Why is this required?!? Well, I found a way around it.

Pros
I think it would be beneficial to have a feature where jobs can be prioritized differently. Additionally, being able to add photographs of the requested work and completed jobs would be great.
Cons
It would be useful to have some kind of user score tracking.

I like the excellent customer service support provided by FlowPath. They worked closely with us during setup and made tweaks to the software where possible to meet our specific needs.
Cons

“Flowpath from a field tech perspective
Pros
Once we got used to it, we encountered few issues. The mobile interface for viewing and running tasks (whether on a mobile phone, tablet, or laptop) is consistent and user-friendly. Accessing and reporting are also seamless on mobile devices.
Cons
I would like to see better tracking of sub-equipment beyond just the "parent" category. Equipment may have sub-equipment that doesn't move from one parent to another, and if sub-equipment can be used for multiple parents, there's currently no way to track this.

Pros
Initially, cost savings drove us to choose FlowPath. As we delved deeper into the software, we were impressed by the amazing IT support. The transition for schools and workers from our previous program to FlowPath was seamless and efficient.
Cons
At this stage, the District hasn't encountered any downsides. We're still new to the program.
