Best tool in the toolbox

Pros

FlowPath is accessible from any device with internet connectivity. There's no need to purchase an app; it's always with you on your phone.

Cons

Embracing change can be challenging, but the similarities and convenience of FlowPath far outweighed any concerns about switching. I was particularly worried about losing our 67,000 work orders from the previous system, but they're all intact and easily accessible.

Pros

We primarily use FlowPath for managing work orders. It works seamlessly on phones and tablets; we opted for tablets for our maintenance technicians. It's uncomplicated.

Cons

I frequently interact with Customer Support and typically receive responses within minutes via chat. The only drawback is the loading time of the dashboards, but I know they are actively working on improving this. Additionally, having an extra column for assigned Work Orders that haven't been scheduled yet would be helpful.

FlowPath (A great improvement)

FlowPath is user-friendly, and we're enjoying all its features. Currently, we're focusing on work orders and events, which are our favorites.

Cons

We're collaborating closely with the FlowPath team to ensure our applications meet our requirements. They've been excellent in suggesting improvements or creating new solutions. Currently, our main focus is on enhancing the report printing capabilities to better suit the needs of our directors.

Strong facilities management software, outstanding support

Pros

FlowPath support is unmatched. They respond immediately and are willing to go the extra mile to accommodate all our needs. The software has streamlined our facilities management process; staff find work orders easy to use and monitor, and almost everything can be customized to fit our requirements. The reporting module is excellent and has become a valuable resource for our board.

Cons

Our main challenges were with the events module, largely due to the complexity of our organizational needs. We struggled to integrate the custom event request form and find an efficient way to manage group event requests.

Pros

I like how quickly you can integrate FlowPath into daily operations. Tracking is the biggest benefit for me; I love analyzing the data and understanding what it signifies. Numbers are objective, and with FlowPath, I can easily track productivity and identify areas needing attention.

Cons

When I first started using FlowPath, there were some tracking features I wanted that weren't available. However, the proactive approach of FlowPath in gathering client feedback and implementing new features with updates has resolved most of my initial concerns. They truly listen to user input and act upon it, which is commendable.

Cons

User Friendly with top tier support.

Pros

I love how efficient it is to work within the system. Compared to another CMMS platform, there's less clicking and navigating through screens, which suits us much better.

Cons

For us, we essentially need the software to function as both a dispatching system and a CMMS platform. So, there's some functionality lacking in that area. It's not a negative for the software itself but more about how we need to use it.

Workorder and Equipment management with ease.

Pros

FlowPath simplifies the work order lifecycle with optional QR code submissions and automatic status updates sent to the submitter. It provides clear tracking of repair statuses and costs, which is unmatched.

Flowpath from a field tech perspective

Pros

Once we got used to it, we encountered few issues. The mobile interface for viewing and running tasks (whether on a mobile phone, tablet, or laptop) is consistent and user-friendly. Accessing and reporting are also seamless on mobile devices.

Cons

I would like to see better tracking of sub-equipment beyond just the "parent" category. Equipment may have sub-equipment that doesn't move from one parent to another, and if sub-equipment can be used for multiple parents, there's currently no way to track this.

Pros
