Using this tool day to day has been really easy for me. Adding photos helps a lot because I can show the issue instead of trying to explain everything in words. We've had both students and staff use it to send in maintenance requests around campus and it's been very reliable. There are still a couple of things I wish this platform handled better. I'd like the option to log purchases and labor time separately instead of having them tied into a response and a built-in messaging feature would be nice too so replies could stay focused on KPI tracking instead of mixing notes and communication together. It would also help me if I could create a custom reminder for maintenance requests on certain dates and times without connecting it to a due date. I can still get around these limits but it feels a little awkward and more manual than I'd prefer. Even so, those issues haven't taken away from the overall value I get from the system.

Using their Maintenance and Scheduling tools across 8 sites has been a really great experience for our team. Everything from the way the processes were set up to the regular check-ins and continued help has felt well planned and handled with care. Their team has put in the extra effort every step of the way to make sure we got things set up right and kept moving in a better direction. When something comes up, I know I can reach their support staff and account team and they take the time to walk through problems, explain better ways to handle workflows and point out any training we might need. After spending more than 50 years in the business world, I can honestly say this is the most responsive and professional support group I've ever dealt with. For me this has been a fantastic choice and I'd definitely tell others to check it out.

main thing I'd still like is a way to share resources and equipment across different buildings. We have three golf carts that usually belong to the maintenance building but sometimes one needs to be moved for an event and not everyone knows they have to pick the maintenance building first before the cart shows up as an option. This tool has been a big help for me with maintenance and scheduling. It keeps everything a lot more organized and I'm able to stay on top of the daily workload without missing stuff. Overall it's made it much easier for me to manage what needs to get done each day.
Cons
The main thing I'd want improved is the inventory side. I need more detailed tracking especially for items that come in cases because more exact counts would help me keep stock a lot more accurate.

Pros
I was pulled in by all the different features and modules but after spending real time with the platform, the support team has been the biggest highlight for me. Whether I reach out by email, phone or Zoom, the help has been consistently excellent. I usually have a lot of questions and even then, I've always gotten quick replies, useful direction and real help when I needed it. Another thing I've loved is seeing the platform keep getting better, with new tools and updates still being added.
Cons
Early on, I was a little unsure because there wasn't a standalone app. Still, the mobile version has worked out really well for me and does everything I need. Because of that, our team can still send in and finish tasks without any holdups.

One thing I really liked about this tool was how easy it felt right away. I could show someone how to use it in just a few minutes without much trouble. The calendar was also very useful since it gave me a quick view of what needed attention each day, week or month. Because of that, I was able to put together schedules and handle planning without running into overlap or timing issues.
Cons
The biggest problem for me showed up when I closed a work order and had to add inventory. At that stage, every site location comes up and the system seems to only recognize its own internal part numbers. When I try looking up OEM part numbers, the item does not show up and that makes that part of the job pretty annoying.

Pros
This platform has made a big difference for me and my team. We get through work faster, stay more on top of things and keep our workload, timelines and building details a lot more organized. Having buildings, assets and daily tasks all in one spot has made our routine much easier to manage. I also like that the product keeps getting better, with new features and regular updates that make it clear they're putting real effort into it. The biggest highlight for me has been the people behind it. From setup and training to questions and change requests, I've gotten quick thoughtful and genuinely useful support the whole way through.
Cons
main weak spot for me is the scheduling piece. It takes more work than it should based on how our company operates and I'd love to have a few more calendar views so it matches our process better. At the moment, that area feels a little less refined than the rest of the system though I think a few small changes could make it work much better.

this platform was simple to get into but it still gave me a lot of control to set things up the way I wanted. That balance has been really useful for my day-to-day work. I've been able to adjust a lot without feeling stuck with limited options and that makes using it feel a lot more practical. Another big plus for me has been the people behind it. The team has been friendly and pleasant to work with and that honestly made my overall experience even better.
Cons
One part that still trips me up is the dashboards. They can feel a little confusing sometimes and making changes there has been more difficult than I expected. It provides a great balance of tools for use in churches or schools, not overwhelming with asset management details. The calendar is the most utilized tool for preventing double booking, scheduling custodial work, planning maintenance, coordinating security, managing HVAC, and alerting the team. We were able to extensively customize it to create a local module for tracking marketing requests.
Cons
The modules may not align perfectly with our current business workflow. Some processes, such as time clock or key management, don't have a dedicated module that suits our needs.
