Pros
Using this tool day to day has been really easy for me. Adding photos helps a lot because I can show the issue instead of trying to explain everything in words. We've had both students and staff use it to send in maintenance requests around campus and it's been very reliable. Pulling reports out is helpful too and it saves me time when I need to check details or pass information along.
Cons
One small downside for me is that I can't attach a PDF, so that feels a little limiting at times. I also wish there was some kind of guide or handbook I could look at whenever I need a quick reminder.

it is easy, it feels without being limiting. It fits the way we work and making changes to match our process has been pretty manageable. A big plus for me is the support team, they get back to us fast, usually within an hour after we send in a ticket. On top of that, they check back a couple days later just to make sure everything was fixed and that we're still happy. After using it for years, I'd definitely recommend their modules.
Cons
Honestly I haven't come across any real downsides after all the time we've spent using it. It also means a lot to me that the company listens to customers and is willing to take programming change requests when something needs to be updated or adjusted.

Pros
There's a lot here that I genuinely enjoy using. This platform covers so much in one place, from work orders and facility scheduling to transportation, inventory, interactive maps and even capital planning. Having all of those pieces together has been really helpful for me in daily operations and it makes the system feel very capable and practical.
Cons
A few issues still need work on the scheduling request side. I've run into glitches with auto-created work orders and sometimes the description shows up blank after the work order is made. Another problem is that when more than one location is selected, the work order may not get created at all.

One thing I really like is how this tool helps me stay completely paper-free while still keeping everything organized. I can check work order progress quickly and I don't lose time when handing things off which makes my daily routine more productive.
Cons

Using this tool every day has been a really good experience for me. It feels natural to work in and there's honestly not much that gets in my way. The layout looks clean and well put together, the settings let me adjust things the way I need and it's also simple for users when they have to send in tickets.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to have is a drag-and-drop option for sorting tickets by priority. Right now, they seem to line up mostly by when they came in, so being able to visually move them around and rank them would make things a lot more convenient.

Using this has been pretty easy for me and it comes with a bunch of handy tools in one package. The part I like most is the value. When I pay for the invoicing piece, I also get the accounting side included right now without paying extra and that makes it feel like a really good deal overall.
Cons
main downside I've run into is a small lag when moving from one tab to another. Every now and then, it takes a few seconds to respond, so I end up refreshing the page or waiting a bit for it to load properly.

some parts still feel more confusing than they need to be and I've definitely had moments where using the system was frustrating. The response time from account reps has also been disappointing especially when it seems like we get a different person assigned so often. On top of that, the reporting could be stronger and the dashboards don't give me enough control, so getting the exact data view I want can be a challenge.

support team is great, they available anytime I need help. The software has been reliable, fairly priced and a really good match for K-12 school districts in my experience. The reports and work order tracking are some of the best parts for me and the layout makes sense without feeling confusing or hard to use.
Cons
setup team knows what they're doing and usually handles things well but I feel like their approach could be a little more personalized. using this platform in my daily routine is great. The setup didn't take much to figure out and I could tweak the fields the way I needed which made it work a lot better for how I handle things. Switching to this tool turned out to be a really great move for us. I like that it runs online, so I can get to what I need without being stuck in one place. The filters on the main screens help me pull up both older and newer requests without wasting time. Another big plus is being able to tweak the system by adding fields that fit how our organization actually works instead of trying to force our process into a fixed layout. The team has also been very informed and upfront about what the product does well and where it falls short and that made the whole experience feel real and helpful. Looking back, I'd have a hard time choosing anything else if I needed a maintenance management system again.
Cons
There are still a couple of things I wish this platform handled better. I'd like the option to log purchases and labor time separately instead of having them tied into a response and a built-in messaging feature would be nice too so replies could stay focused on KPI tracking instead of mixing notes and communication together. It would also help me if I could create a custom reminder for maintenance requests on certain dates and times without connecting it to a due date. I can still get around these limits but it feels a little awkward and more manual than I'd prefer. Even so, those issues haven't taken away from the overall value I get from the system.

Using their Maintenance and Scheduling tools across 8 sites has been a really great experience for our team. Everything from the way the processes were set up to the regular check-ins and continued help has felt well planned and handled with care. Their team has put in the extra effort every step of the way to make sure we got things set up right and kept moving in a better direction. When something comes up, I know I can reach their support staff and account team and they take the time to walk through problems, explain better ways to handle workflows and point out any training we might need. After spending more than 50 years in the business world, I can honestly say this is the most responsive and professional support group I've ever dealt with. For me this has been a fantastic choice and I'd definitely tell others to check it out.
