I Love FMX!

Pros

I genuinely value the simplicity of this software. It doesn't demand extensive training for anyone to navigate it proficiently.

Cons

The level of communication between Facilities and the requester is outstanding. It eliminates the need for verbal communication, reducing errors and improving overall communication.

Easy to use and organize CMMS

Pros

Logging PMs and work orders as they arise helps maintain an organized workflow. Integrating the different areas of our facility and establishing our system was a simple process. The FMX staff were positive and helpful, promptly resolving any requests or questions I had.

Cons

When modifying the "due date" of work orders, the email notification sent to the instigator fails to mention the specific changes made. It only states that a change has occurred, leading the person who submitted the work order to question the details. It would be helpful to include the specific changes in the email notifications.

FMX is your 1st step to a streamlined Events Scheduling Program, Maintenance & PM

Pros

Schedule Request and Maintenance Request can be tailored to gather a wealth of information. This saves a significant amount of time that would otherwise be spent on phone calls or emails. We aim to make the schedule request a comprehensive solution for our faculty and staff to request events and capture all the necessary details before moving forward with a BEO.

Cons

I feel that we're missing a few crucial elements essential to our operation, although it's possible that our situation is unique. We often have off-site events that aren't reflected in the FMX calendar, yet they impact our assets. It would be beneficial to have a generic flag or note to indicate these events. As a workaround, we've created our own solution.

FMX is a game changer!

Pros

The information provided by FMX serves as an excellent tool for bridging the gap between our technicians and employees (requesters). It allows us to effectively acknowledge, track the status of, and complete work orders. Additionally, it proves to be a valuable resource for generating monthly reports, tracking expenses, monitoring work completion, and scheduling preventative maintenance.

Cons

When it comes to managing assets, I would really appreciate the ability to print a map that displays the assets we have attached.

Pros

The setup process is not time consuming or complex, and the platform itself is very intuitive. I am impressed by the impeccable customer service I've received.

Cons

It would be great if there were more flexible options for modular entities. The current layout doesn't offer much flexibility.

Great system for the price.

Pros

FMX is incredibly easy to navigate and use. Its user-friendly interface and the convenience of mobile access make it even more appealing.

Great Easy to Use CMMS!

Pros

One of the most sought-after features for us is the calendar view. The drag and drop functionality simplifies the planning and scheduling of work orders. We also love the inventory management capabilities, including the option to attach printable QR codes to our inventory items for easy access to their history. (Asset management also offers this amazing feature!)

Cons

We've noticed some problems with the mobile version of FMX. Users have experienced difficulties with zooming, as well as their phones turning off and losing progress on unsaved or incomplete work orders.

Good ticketing system but could use some love

Pros

I'm grateful for having all our facility work orders and IT work orders merged into one platform. The swift resolution and assessment of tickets are additional aspects that I particularly find delightful.

Cons

It would be really helpful if there were a priority feature for tickets, such as Low, Normal, or High. I haven't come across a way to enable this. Additionally, having a dedicated app instead of a mobile version for the website would be great. There are times when the website loads slowly, and there have been instances when the website was down, impacting our school.

Once you've gone through a couple of onboarding sessions, navigating the site becomes unproblematic.

Pros

The setup, customization, and implementation of FMX were incredibly easy! Despite some staff members being less computer-savvy, we encountered minimal issues during the rollout. Both the desktop and mobile user interfaces are intuitive and simple to navigate.

Cons

One thing I've noticed, which isn't really a con, is that when I finalize a work order, I would prefer it not to be reopened by users.

Pros
