Happy with my switch to FMX

Pros

The software is highly user-friendly and easy to navigate. The task bar simplifies the process of finding what I need with just a few clicks.

Cons

I've only been using FMX for a few months, but it has surpassed my previous software in every aspect. Any minor issues I've come across have been swiftly resolved through customer service.

Performance Matters.

Pros

FMX offers ease of use and seamless integration into our business operations. Generating reports is also very simple now, and it effectively organizes our maintenance department and staff. The mobile access is a bonus, and the software can be customized to match our specific business needs. The customer support is fantastic!

Cons

It's a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. A discount for non-profit organizations would be appreciated.

FMX - The best for all of your Facility Management needs.

Pros

The program is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. It provides a great platform for creating work orders, and our staff finds it simple to use. In comparison to other programs with confusing screen displays, FMX stands out.

Cons

Personally, I can't find any cons with this program.

Three Rivers Community Schools Review of FMX

Pros

The most impactful features for us are the Work Order, PM, and Inventory Modules. The transition from SchoolDude was mostly seamless, with just a few adjustments. I am fond of the bulk import feature, which I have utilized. The reporting functionality allows us to demonstrate to our Board of Educators the number of PMs and Work Orders completed on a monthly and yearly basis, which reinforces the need for our department. The ease of use of the calendar is also a fantastic feature.

Cons

Whenever I encounter something I can't figure out, I reach out to our Support Specialist, Jarod Crocket, or any other support specialist for assistance. So far, I haven't faced any drawbacks.

FMX is my daily application to manage my work efficiently

Pros

I highly value the ability to manage a database of assets, as it ensures that equipment and facilities do not become a burden for our congregation. FMX keeps me informed about maintenance needs as they arise, and it helps me stay on top of preventative service as well.

Cons

I don't utilize the calendaring module because there are cleaner-looking church software options available. Importing a facility fully in a short amount of time can be a time-consuming process, but if done gradually, it can be accomplished. When I have questions about a system process, I find it challenging to express them verbally, so I rely more on written updates to educate myself.

Overall very great program

Pros

It offers a seamless user experience and allows for customization. The ability to track inventory using mobile barcodes is a game changer. The program is overall easy to grasp, and its layout is modern and visually pleasing. The continuous updates and introduction of new features add to its appeal.

Cons

I can't think of any drawbacks to mention, although the previous system we used was extremely outdated, so I don't have much experience with other CMMS programs.

FMX perfectly aligns with our district's needs due to its complete adaptability. We can capture essential information with each request, allowing us to plan our work effectively, arrive prepared, and be punctual. FMX has provided us with solutions to enhance our workflow management. The detailed dashboards and customized reporting features are highly beneficial, ensuring we have clear visibility of our progress and accomplishments.

Cons

It would be great if the inventory order request feature could be enhanced. We would appreciate having real-time inventory data displayed for all items in stock on the order screen, so requesters can see the quantity available and consider existing open orders when placing their requests.

Pros

Cons

There's a strange dual notification that occurs when editing tickets as an admin. Each section edit triggers an update notification email to the involved parties, resulting in two notifications for a single ticket.

Great Maintenance, Inventory, Event Scheduling and Reporting Tool for K-12 Districts

Pros

The FMX system effectively meets our district's requirements, such as work order management, preventative maintenance, inventory control, cost monitoring, and event scheduling. It proved to be cost-effective and was well-received by both staff and the community.

Cons

The "Third Party" Reporting function is great, but I wish the FMX Team offered more customization options for report formatting.
