convenient setup and helpful support

Pros

Using this tool has been really pleasant for me. The layout makes sense so getting to what I need doesn't take much time. That has made my day-to-day use a lot better. Another big plus is the support team. Whenever I've needed help, they've been responsive and genuinely useful and that has made me feel well taken care of.

Cons

There's not really anything major bothering me. If I could change one small thing, I'd rename the word "resource" to "Rooms" since that would match the way I use the platform a bit better.

simple setup and helpful team

Pros

Getting started with this software felt natural and I didn't have to spend a bunch of time figuring things out. From buying it to training and going live, the whole rollout was really manageable on my side. The part I've liked most has been how quickly the team gets back to us whenever I have a question or need support.

Cons

There have been a few small hiccups here and there which is pretty normal with any platform. I've been told those little issues are already being worked on for upcoming updates. Aside from that, I really haven't had any serious trouble with the vendor.

a huge help for tracking

Pros

Running the whole district on my own as the Technology Coordinator, I really needed something that could keep me organized and this tool has done that in a big way. It changed how I handle day-to-day work. Requests are much easier for me to manage now and I'm able to reply a lot quicker than I used to. It also helps me keep an eye on the jobs I hand off to the maintenance team so staying updated and following through feels a lot more under control. Another big plus is the reporting. I can pull together clear reports that show the school board exactly where my time is going and how the work supports the district. On top of all that, the support team has been awesome. Anytime I've needed help, they've been there to answer questions, make changes and guide me through things without any hassle.

Cons

My only real complaint is that the customization choices for customers are a little limited.

all-in-one and worth it

Pros

Switching over to this one vendor let me drop three separate tools and that has been a big win for my team. Now everything my company uses is in one spot so I'm not constantly jumping from one program to another. The layout feels pretty easy and it handles the stuff we need on a regular basis without making things complicated. Another big plus for me was the cost since it ended up being lower than the other platforms and software I was paying for before.

Cons

At this stage, I really do not have much to complain about. If I could ask for one upgrade, it would be more control over form customization. I'd love to be able to change them on my own and add custom tabs or dropdown options when needed.

custom fit for my workflow

Pros

I felt comfortable using this tool. It doesn't take much effort to get around and I really like how much I can set it up to match the way I work. The flexibility has been one of the biggest wins for me and it makes the whole thing feel more personal and useful day to day.

Cons

The main thing that still bugs me is billing. I can't quickly add hours and labor rates when I'm trying to charge for finished work and that makes that part more annoying than it should be.

really handy for property tracking

Pros

this software felt natural to use and I had no trouble getting into it. For me, it fits in a lot like Outlook so the learning curve never felt like a hassle. Being able to keep both calendars next to each other has been super useful since I can check my monthly plans and maintenance tickets at the same time and stay on top of everything. Another big plus is the support team. They really worked with us and helped shape the system around what we needed for different properties and tenants which I've been very happy with.

Cons

A couple things could still be more adjustable especially when it comes to certain links. It hasn't caused any real problems for me but I'd still like a little more control there. Some of the tab names for links could also be renamed to better match the wording our team already uses and that would make the whole setup feel even more tailored to the way we work.

clean layout and helpful scheduling

Pros

I liked how easy this tool feels. Even people with different levels of experience can figure out the setup pretty fast, check events without getting lost and add the details they need without much trouble. It has really helped us keep our facilities on track and stay organized during the day.

Cons

There are a few small limits with how events show up on the calendar so sometimes certain details are not as noticeable as I'd like. Even so, it hasn't caused any big problems for us and I still feel like the tool brings a lot of value overall.

hr time saver i love

Pros

this tool felt really simple to use and I could tell it was making a difference. It has helped us move away from so many old paper forms and cut down a lot of HR work across our school district which has been huge for our daily routine. The features work really well, the team clearly cares about the little things and the support has been outstanding. Our rep has also been wonderful to work with and I've always felt like they were quick to respond and ready to help us figure things out. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

helpful work orders overall

Pros

Getting started with the work order setup was pretty simple for me and that has been true for both vendors and school staff. It didn't take long to figure out where things are or how to use the main tools so daily work feels a lot less stressful and more manageable.

Cons

The main downside for me is the reporting part because it feels a bit too basic compared to the rest of the platform. Another thing that slows me down is bulk uploads. Instead of doing that myself inside the system, I have to send an Excel file to a customer rep which feels inconvenient and outdated.

clean design and helpful team

Pros

I noticed how nice the interface looks. It feels polished and put together and for me that makes the whole app more pleasant to use. It gets the job done without a bunch of extra friction which is exactly what I want from this kind of software. I've also had a really good experience with support. Their team has been friendly, quick to reply and willing to help whenever I've reached out.

Cons

One thing I still feel is missing is a great help section for new users. It would also be really useful to have hover tips or little pop-up hints because that would make learning the features a lot less confusing at the start.

faster work orders and fewer missed items

Pros

This tool has been a big help for me. Entering work orders and sending them to the right people takes hardly any time which saves me a lot of effort during the day. It also keeps track of replies and updates tenants as the job moves along and that has made a real difference for us. We're able to respond faster and I've noticed we get way fewer calls from tenants asking what's going on. Because everything is tracked better, a lot less gets overlooked or forgotten.

Cons

The main thing I'm still waiting on is an inventory and pricing feature. That would help me put together invoices with a lot less manual work. I've heard it's supposed to be coming and I'd be glad to see that added.

helpful support and simple setup

Pros

Getting this in place for our CBRF facilities has been a really good experience for me. The system is simple to use and has helped us keep everything organized especially planned maintenance requests, without making it feel like extra work. One thing that really impressed me was how responsive and supportive the team has been during setup and anytime questions popped up. Since we're still pretty new to it, that kind of help has made a big difference. We've also been able to get training whenever needed so the whole onboarding process has felt a lot more comfortable and less stressful.

Cons

Honestly I haven't had any real issues to complain about. If I get stuck on something, like finding the right report, the support team is there to walk me through it and help me figure it out.

Pros

One of the biggest wins for me is that this runs in a browser so our county staff can sign in from almost anywhere. It didn't take long for people to get the hang of it and using it day to day has felt pretty simple. Because of that, our team has been able to stay on top of facility maintenance and scheduling without communication falling apart which has been really helpful.

Cons

I've only had it for a few months but so far I haven't come across any problems worth calling out. Everything has been doing what I expected and nothing has really gone wrong for me yet.

thoughtful support and real updates

Pros

Right from the beginning, this product has been really simple for me to use. I've asked our rep a ton of questions and honestly some of them more than once but she has always been kind, patient and willing to help every single time. The part that really impressed me is that the ideas I've shared for improving the product were actually taken seriously and added. That does not happen often and for me it shows they really listen to their customers.

Cons

The only downside I've run into is that it still does not have every feature I want yet. I'd really like the option to print my monthly preventative maintenance report for whatever upcoming month I pick. Right now, I can only choose the current month or the previous one and that feels a little limiting when I'm trying to plan ahead.

cloud-based and really helpful

Pros

Once I found this tool, I started putting it in place for our school district clients at TMI Energy Solutions. The cloud setup has been a big plus for me because it helps me stay connected with staff right away and keeps tasks visible organized and assigned to the right people. It also feels very simple to use so most people don't need much help or a long learning period before they can start working in it comfortably.

Cons

Six months in, I haven't run into many real downsides at all. If anything, I've seen the product keep getting better over time. The updates have given users more ways to sort, save and pull up information without a lot of hassle. I also like that service records stay connected to each asset and the maintenance team can quickly see what they need for repairs or next steps. That has made planning a lot more practical for us. Another thing I've noticed is that the team behind the software seems to listen to users and is open to adjusting the product around what we actually need.

fantastic support and all-in-one access

Pros

The first thing that really impressed me was the support. Any time we needed an update or wanted something changed, the team got back to us fast and made sure the system worked for what we needed. For me, it's been a really great and useful tool for facilities management. We handle 25 locations so having everything together in one spot has helped a lot, whether I'm checking cost reports, looking through work order records or pulling up store blueprints. It only takes a few clicks to get what I need and I can log in from anywhere which has been huge for me and my team since we travel so much.

Cons

Major complaints just haven't been an issue for me. If something has come up, it's been taken care of pretty quickly and their team has always been dependable when I needed help.

One thing I really love about this tool is how fast the vendor gets back to us. Any time our team has a problem or needs help, I usually hear from them and that has been a huge help. It also gave our maintenance department a much better setup for handling daily tasks. There really isn't anything negative to say about this experience. This product has been very useful for us and my experience with the vendor has been great since the start. Pros

One thing that really stands out to me is how this product gets everybody involved, from customers in all the buildings we manage to the newest person on our maintenance crew. It gives our middle managers what they need to hand out jobs fast and with the right details and that has helped them do their work better. Another big plus is that both our team and our customers can track each task from the time it is entered all the way to the finish so I never feel like anything is missing or hard to follow. The people behind the product have also been amazing to work with. They've been knowledgeable, responsive thoughtful and truly cared about helping us succeed. I've honestly felt like I'm working with a team that is fully invested in us.

fantastic fit for facilities

It took me a long time to compare different options, sit through demos, try trial versions and talk to a bunch of vendors but I'm really glad I ended up with this one for our facilities management needs. The biggest thing for me was how much it offers without feeling confusing to use. That mix is pretty rare. The layout made sense and I was able to get our whole team up to speed in just one 20-minute session. We also had it connected and running very quickly which made the whole launch way less stressful than I expected. Another thing that really impressed me was the support team. Anytime I reached out, I got a fast reply and the answers were always helpful and clear. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a dependable tool for managing a facility.

worth every penny!!

Pros

After years in commercial real estate, I can say Facilities Management Express has been a really great add-on for our team. I've known the people behind it for a while so I felt good about rolling it out across my 12 properties in the Columbus area about six months ago. Since then, it's been working really well for us. The biggest plus for me is how much we get for the price, along with the awesome support from their team whenever we need help. Getting everything up and running didn't take much effort and our tenants were able to sign in and start sending maintenance requests almost right away. Another thing that's been really helpful is being able to check, answer and finish work orders while I'm out at the properties instead of sitting at my desk all day. Remote visibility has also made a big difference for me. It's helped create more accountability across the department and I've definitely seen that lead to better productivity and happier tenants. When I got back from vacation recently, it really hit me how useful that flexibility is because I could still keep tabs on my team from the app on my iPhone without feeling overwhelmed. I like staying in the loop with what's going on at each location and this software has fit that need really well.

Cons

Nothing has come up yet that I'd feel the need to complain about. there's nothing about the software that I'd call a drawback.
