really liked that I can add photos and that has been genuinely helpful for my team. The platform feels very user-friendly so getting around it hasn't taken much effort. Training my staff was also pretty simple since the steps are clear and not confusing. Access has been convenient too which has made day-to-day use a lot better. We've been happy with it overall and it's been a great product for us.
Cons
I really haven't had any major issues with the product or the company. If I had to point out one thing, the training felt a bit unnecessary as a live meeting because it probably could've just been sent over in an email with the same result. Since it was brief though, it wasn't a big deal. Other than that, I still feel like it's a dependable product.

Having everything in one spot has been really helpful for me. I can take care of bus routes, building schedules, maintenance tickets and other daily stuff without bouncing around between a bunch of different tools. The calendar is also something I use a lot since it gives me a great picture of what's going on across the district and helps me keep up with what's coming next.
Cons
The main headache for me is the calendar view. Sometimes it's not very clear which month I'm looking at because the screen blends more than one month together and that gets confusing fast. Another thing I've noticed is that when I open a month way out in the future, it can stay there the next time I come back which is annoying. On the facilities side, I'd also love a bulk approval option. I can pull up all the requests just fine but going into each one separately to approve them takes more time than it should.

There really isn't much for me to complain about here. Any time I've reached out with a question, the support team has answered fast and been very helpful. A few things I'd still like to have are options like turning off a PM on holidays and adding billable hours based on each tech's pay rate. I've heard those features are already planned so for now I'm just waiting for them to roll out.
