Pros
it is great that how simple this system is to use and how much I can tailor it to fit my business needs. I can run pretty much everything from my laptop, iPad, or phone which makes life so much easier. Whenever a question pops up or I need assistance, support is literally just a phone call or an email away. The team behind this tool knows their stuff and has always been helpful to me.
Cons
Because a large share of my customers use heavy equipment and utility trucks, it would be much more useful if some vehicles could be set to log and monitor Hours instead of tracking miles. A few workflows still feel a bit awkward or clunky although I do notice steady improvement over time. It would also be fantastic to have a way to print an Invoice Pro-forma without having to convert the work order into an actual invoice first.

This turned our mom-and-pop shop into something that runs like a corporation. In just a minute I can check how the shop is doing and tell whether we're making money. We're able to support local businesses with fleet management. Our estimates are clear and simple to review, making it really simple to approve or decline jobs. Updates come regularly without disruption and since the software is tailored to our trade those updates really add useful features.
Cons
Setting up the inventory was a big job, I'm not saying they make it hard but it does require a lot of effort. My advice for anyone starting with this tool is to be deliberate when adding inventory, don't cut corners. Take the time to carefully consider your pricing matrix and how you'll group price categories. Creating part categories for things like filters, hydraulic fittings, tires and batteries will save me a ton of headaches down the road.

it has cut down the time my office spends on tasks by a huge margin. It got even better after I switched to QuickBooks Online, the drop in admin hours was more noticeable. The transfer of data from Fullbay to QuickBooks happens instantly. We no longer deal with paper time cards to verify and calculate. The overall service workflow is much more aligned. Billing is easy, provided the techs do their part. For my business this has been a 10 out of 10 and the support team is fantastic.
Cons
When I search for a part from the main inventory screen, I find it frustrating that the location field isn't displayed while cost and sell prices are shown instead.
