Honestly what I appreciate most about this program is how much simpler it makes tracking everything in our shop. I can see work orders, parts, customer notes and status updates all in one spot so nothing slips through the cracks. It keeps our workflow tidy, cuts down on unnecessary back-and-forth and makes it easy for the whole team to stay aligned. Overall it really smooths out the daily routine for both the front office and technicians.
Cons
It took me a little while to get comfortable with some of the features especially the first time I logged in. A handful of tools aren't as simple as I'd like and a few actions require what feels like an extra click or two. After you get used to the layout it runs well but honestly the interface could be friendlier for beginners.

Pros
Managing our shop has become a lot easier since we started using this tool. I rely on the scheduling and maintenance management features to keep every task and appointment neatly organized and the live tracking for repairs and parts has cut down on so much back-and-forth and wasted time. The interface feels clean and simple so even team members who are new pick it up quickly. I also appreciate the platform's strong security and reliability, we haven't run into downtime or data loss which gives me real peace of mind.
Cons
The only real drawback I've noticed is the initial learning curve, it can take some time for new hires to get comfortable with all of the functionality but after a bit of hands-on use they usually settle in fine. A small number of reports could benefit from more customization settings although that hasn't been a major problem for us overall.

Pros
I rely on this as our internal system to monitor and keep records for our fleet of more than a hundred tucks. It's incredibly simple to sign in and pull up records to figure out what needs scheduling soon. Our technicians log in on their phones to check the jobs assigned to them and start working right away. Overall it's been a very good value and pretty easy to pick up, even though we haven't tapped into all of its capabilities.
Cons
Over the last five years I've only run into a single problem with this tool and it still hasn't been sorted out. The trouble lies with how it generates reports and I wish there were a printer-friendly version, I'm certain some reports exist but not the specific one I rely on. It looks great on the screen, yet when I print it, the output doesn't match the on-screen layout at all.

it is extremely easy to start using and the initial training really boosted my confidence so I felt comfortable jumping straight into working with the system.
Cons
Once I became familiar with the system, I realized the weekly continuing-education sessions add extra layers to its usability and I wish those elements had been covered during the initial training.

Pros
Scheduling technicians and authorizing service orders feels smooth to me and I can easily reassign techs or create new service orders without any hassle.
Cons
One annoyance I have is adjusting timecards and removing individual lines, whenever I delete an entry the app throws me back to the main screen and automatically reselects every user, instead of leaving me focused on the single user I'm trying to edit.

The multi-truck repair system works really well for me when organizing truck and parts repairs and I appreciate how inventory management, remote access and customer ETA information are all available in one place.
Cons
there is a noticeable learning curve that can be tough for first-time auto techs like me entering the industry. Also, the price is on the higher side which makes it less affordable for smaller-scale truck repair shops trying to manage tighter budgets.

In our shop this system keeps track of absolutely everything we have going on which is a huge relief. It's challenging to follow inventory and jobs when you have several employees and a stream of customers but with this tool we can pinpoint where each item is and maintain accurate records of all parts. The team onboarding and initial setup were easy and they made getting the crew started easy. It pushes exports directly into our accounting software so integration is convenient. Whenever I call for help there's a real person to speak with and we rely on this solution all day, every day to keep our business moving ahead.
Cons
When we do mobile repairs, we sometimes leave phone coverage areas and lose service. Because this app needs an internet connection to function, there are occasions when I can't update records right away in the field. That forces us to wait until we have a signal to sync changes which can be inconvenient when I want to record parts used or job progress on the spot.

In my experience this application is the most simple and user-friendly software we've used during our 27 years working in the truck repair industry.
Cons
One thing I really want is for the PO location to appear on the initial service order screen, please add it. I get frustrated having to switch from creating the service order to generating an estimate just to enter the PO and then navigate back to the service order again.

Having a single platform to create tickets, handle inventory and oversee the entire workflow is something I really like.
Cons
I wish the inventory features were more powerful and user-friendly. Several parts of the inventory control behave inconsistently and don't work as they should. For example, when I add items to tickets they often aren't deducted from the correct locations.

At my shop we've been using this tool since March 2016 and from day one it made life so much easier for both the office crew and our techs. There were countless occasions when we'd reach out and ask, 'Could you add this feature or tweak that?' and the team would make it happen, those changes really moved the needle for us. Things do take a little longer these days but that seems normal given how much the product has grown over the past few years. Our customers actually love the portal, they even joke that we're like a doctor's office. The reporting has been invaluable for inventory control, financial planning and handling payroll. For anyone sitting on the fence, I strongly suggest giving this tool a try, I don't think you'll regret buying it.
Cons
We've noticed the scheduling feature still needs a few tweaks to be smoother and we're aware the developers are working on it so we're prepared to be patient while improvements roll out.
