The only real drawback I've noticed is the initial learning curve, it can take some time for new hires to get comfortable with all of the functionality but after a bit of hands-on use they usually settle in fine. A small number of reports could benefit from more customization settings although that hasn't been a major problem for us overall.

I rely on this as our internal system to monitor and keep records for our fleet of more than a hundred tucks. It's incredibly simple to sign in and pull up records to figure out what needs scheduling soon. Our technicians log in on their phones to check the jobs assigned to them and start working right away. Overall it's been a very good value and pretty easy to pick up, even though we haven't tapped into all of its capabilities.
Cons
Over the last five years I've only run into a single problem with this tool and it still hasn't been sorted out. The trouble lies with how it generates reports and I wish there were a printer-friendly version, I'm certain some reports exist but not the specific one I rely on. It looks great on the screen, yet when I print it, the output doesn't match the on-screen layout at all.

Scheduling technicians and authorizing service orders feels smooth to me and I can easily reassign techs or create new service orders without any hassle.

When we do mobile repairs, we sometimes leave phone coverage areas and lose service. Because this app needs an internet connection to function, there are occasions when I can't update records right away in the field. That forces us to wait until we have a signal to sync changes which can be inconvenient when I want to record parts used or job progress on the spot.

We all understand that moving to a new software platform is a daunting, major decision especially when the system controls every part of your business. After looking over dozens of available platforms and speaking with other shops they recommended as references, we settled on this product and I'll admit we were nervous about making the switch. For the previous fifteen years we had been tied to a very well-known automotive system. When we told them we planned to leave, they told us we'd have to buy a program from them for $30,000 just to extract our parts inventory, part information history and service records. The staff at this company were incredible, they helped us nonstop, literally around the clock, to recover our inventory, service history and other data from the old system before our license with that vendor expired and everything could have been lost permanently.

I originally started looking at this software because we were tracking time manually, with over a dozen mechanics each putting in 40+ hour weeks, we were drowning in hand-written time logs and it was eating up everyone's time. This solution has taken that burden off our plates. The piles of paperwork have been reduced by at least half, if not more. The team behind the product is consistently friendly and helpful. Our customer support manager, Amy N, has been terrific and I wholeheartedly recommend her and this tool to others!
Cons
One small annoyance I run into is when we're reviewing estimates, we can't simply type in a custom rate on the spot. Instead we have to add the rate in the configuration, then create an action item and go through the extra steps. I would much prefer the ability to edit a rate to a custom price directly, rather than having to add a new rate into the system every time.
