A major advantage is that for a mid-sized company, this is the most cost-effective software available. It takes some time to learn, but it proves to be useful. It simplifies the management of equipment across all our sub-units and makes scheduling and closing work orders easy.

Cons

It could be more interactive, and more companies should participate. I'm unsure about the level of privacy and if it's enough to handle malware.
